    Start a post and ask was Wladimir Klitschko a classy champion in the ring and out.
    Otherwise stop quoting my posts and trolling. Man up or get lost

    You idiot, the defendants were not the Klitschkos but Briggs' promotional partners.

    ''September 2002 Dinovelvet arrives home early from the market to find both Vitali and Wladimir Klitchko hanging out the end of his then girlfriend, they were both wearing coyote fur coats at the time. And for anyone who knows Dinovelvet they will tell you he is against the use of Animal Fur for any purposes.''

    The lawsuit alleges that the Briggs-Klitschko bout came about after Finkel became Chief Executive Officer of Empire and that Finkel was, at the same time, a consultant to Klitschko's promotional company, K2 Promotions.

    I think he's making a point that it wasn't Klitschko who got sued?

    So why even make post # 45 then? It's completely random and has nothing to do with Klitschko's.

    Finkel was a legal adviser to K2 so they were all complicit in ripping off Briggs. It was a K2 promoted show and they still didn't pay a dime towards Briggs medical expenses.

    Give the troll a postmortem enema and it would be a match box burial.

    Dino let's go by the court complaint shall we? This is a public document and it took me all of 5 mins to find and a bit more to READ:

    https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fb...cumentId=Rv4xhlbJGMSbExq1qcCmBA==&system=prod

    Page 1: you see defendants listed?

    GREGORY D. COHEN, SHELLY FINKEL, 503W) BARRY HONIG, THE EMPIRE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT CO., THE EMPIRE SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT HOLDINGS, co.,

    Page 2: it lists all parties involved, do you see words K2 or Klitschkos in there? I sure don't.

    Page 3: We go into statement of the claim, there are many but 29 and 35

    'Following the bout with Klitschko, the defendants denied that they had agreed to pay Briggs $750,000 for the Klitschko bout.'

    'Following the bout with Klitschko, defendants terminated Briggs' promotional agreement.'

    So let's summarize: the parties involved are not the Klitschkos - undisputed fact based on the original complaint filed in NYS Court system
    The complaint is against Briggs' promoter not K2 or the Klitschkos, another undisputed fact

    You should probably take a taxi and leave this thread, will it be Uber or Lyft this time?
