As of right now, it should be Pulev.

As for the rest, Boytsov-Chisora, Fury-Haye, and Jennings-Wilder (hey, a guy can wish) would thin the ranks out and allow for another acceptable challenger to earn their spot.

I hope the Haye Wlad rematch happens.

We all know Haye will embarrass Fury, so bring on Haye Wlad II ................

Wladimir will be 38 when he fights next in March.

I noticed he was a bit slower this year than in 2011 and 2012.

Why Wlad needs 6 months before another fight is beyond me. It's not like he had a grueling year with Pianeta which was a glorified sparring session and that non-fight against Povetkin.

First Vitali sits on the belt indefinitely, now Wlad wants to sit out....

It's been reported on some European sites Wladimir is getting married in December.

I'd sooner he have a fight in December before Pulev in the spring, but he has a life outside boxing.

You know i like Kubrat but he keeps saying the same thing. After Pulev won the Euro title and beat Dimitrenko he said he wanted to defend it a couple times to gain experience. He has and is now IBF mandatory yet he's still saying the same thing, step up.

I agree he looks to be improving but if he loses to Haye its all for nothing.

UH, 3-4 times a year those ugly wrestling technigues ? 1th a year is enough, he should think about doing business with the WWE.

Pulev is the only worthy contender right now.

Why must Wlad make us wait so long for another fight? After slaying Povetkin I just want to see him back in the ring ASAP.

Maybe a matter of TV dates with RTL? I remember reading K2 insisted on the Povetkin fight take place in September so they could block an early December date with RTL. Allegedly the October date in Moscow made that impossible.

Damn, I hoped he would at least fight a Jenni or Boystoy quality opponent in December.

He needs to get back on the horse asap after his last "performance".

If only he fought as often as David Haye he would be the GOAT.
