The number 8 contender went away and beat the number 1 contender in his back yard. Across all the divisions and all the orgs just how often does that actually happen?

it's still a shiit fight of course.

I can see an agument for him dropping his belt but I don't think he should even when he gets weak mandatories.

Its not weak mandatories that are frustrating in regards to who Wlad is fighting. You get tough ones like Povetkin and you get lesser ones like Leapai.

The frustrating thing with Wlad is who he chooses to face in between his mandatories.

Its wasting time with guys like Mormeck, Pianetta, and Wach( the best of the 3) that is disappointing.

When you have all the belts Wlad does he has mandatories waiting all the time so those non-mandatory fights should be with top fighters, not the Pianettas of the world.

No way! He has a chance to unify all major belts. I'm sure he'll do it :good

And I cannot understand that s many Users here do no want a shot for Leapai. This man deserves the shot because he won against the No. 1 WBO contender with his fists. Not with a promoter behind, only with the fists.

Wlad is a great Champion and great Champions fight the mandatory.
Wlad can make history, he will be the first Champion with all the belts at the same time. So he would be an idiot if he dropp the WBO belt.

I'm Wladimir wants to be the undisputed champion, since his brother just vacated the one belt he is missing, so I don't think he should drop the WBO belt. That would decrease his chance of becoming the undisputed champ, but I agree that this fight is a dull fight.

In other words, Wlad will jab, hold, throw and lean on him until exhaustion, then maybe he'll let some rights go and try to end it...

Got it, I think I'll be skipping this one.....can't watch this crap that Wlad and team calls boxing.

Vlad will keep the WBO belt, then fight for the WBC. He will knock out Arreola or Stiverne, but Wilder would be his easiest knockout...............

Yes, the haters want Vlad to give up all his titles and retire from boxing.

This is an absolute joke. The only people who say he should drop the belt are 1. stupid or 2 stupid and K haters who are hoping that he drops a belt so they can say after he retires "ha, na na, Wlad was never the unified undisputed champion", or 3 stupid and people who won't personally say that, but secretly revel at all the morons who do say Wlad wasn't undisputed. Wlad will be undisputed in 1 year or less, and Leapai is a bad but not horrible defense. Just deal with it K haters, just deal.
