The problem is you're a nut hugger and you don't realize that you make the most money in professional sports for network television. You could take all the boxing and MMA promoters PPV numbers, combine them, and it would still be a fraction of the NFL's NETWORK contracts. Wladimir is on network television because that is, and always has been where the most money is.

Wlad's fights aren't on PPV because nobody wants to pay to see them outside of the Germany/Russia zone. Simple as that. It's not some noble gesture on his part OR some smart business move.

Jokes aside, I am happy that Wlad did this and hope this fight finally gets made. I like both fighters and I want Haye to win to bring change to the HW division, but I really respect Wlad and a fighter and a person. Regardless of who wins, its defininity gonna be a KO!!

Mostly every british fighters fight are mostly on skysports ppv lol. <<It's nothing to brag about. And besides what other network tvs that fans get to see Haye fights that are not in uk? Hmmmm. Wlad been on hbo, showtimes, espn. Mostly everyone from world wide knows who Wlad is. If Haye is that exciting and blah, blah, blah then how come he's never been on the usa network tv?

 

There is lots of PPV in Germany, brainbox....just not for boxing.

If Wlad had even the slightest SNIFF of getting on PPV ANYWHERE he'd be in there like a rat up a drainpipe.

The only PPV station in Germany nealry wents broke every year because nobody wants to pay for it´s programm. And they are the only ones showing the Bundesliga which sets records for stadium attendences every year ... should tell you something.

 

I'm going to miss the Klitschko brothers when they retire.
