maybe because hes a former undisputed cruiserweight champion and now that hes a world champion at a higher weight i think he more than warrants a fair slice of the purse.:good

its seems to be popular to blame Haye because the fight broke down yet popular to let the Klits off, the fight might have happened if they didnt demand silly slices of the purse:good

Best HW fight to be made, the only one that can be anyhow related to 90's era since... 90's IMHO

Out of character for Wlad, hopefully Haye v Wlad next.

If only Valuev realises he doesn't deserve a rematch.

I think he does realise that, but I guess he will keep Haye on his contract though. I sure hope if that fight is made Valuev doesn't win, because then we can start it all over again.

Yeah I think Valuev is just going to be awkward, he has the right to a rematch...but he never earned it.
If Valuev wins the rematch, he will steer clear of both Klitschko's again, and be content in facing his mandatories. Resulting in more boring Heavyweight bouts.

“I want to send this message to boxing fans and directly to David Haye. David, you've bitched out on fighting both Klitschko brothers twice already and now's the time to make it happen. On behalf of the boxing fans around the world, I am officially calling you out to fight me. You can't run away from me forever and you need to follow through with this fight if you want to be respected. I'm ready!!! What're you waiting for?"

Nice, now if Haye can grow a set of balls maybe we'll see him knocked the **** out!!! :deal :bbb

Davey shouldn't expect more than a 60/40 split in Wlad's favor. Quite honestly Wlad has the IBF, WBO, IBC & The coveted Ring Belt. Davey only has the WBA belt which should've been Wlad's already after he TKO'd Chagaev.

Haye doesn't deserve a 50/50 split, stop kidding yourself. You're just setting up the "Klitschko's priced themselves out" bull**** & you know it.

What silly slices? To this day Wladimir and Vitali are still much bigger draws than Haye. Haye being big in one market, the UK, does not make him the international star that either Klitschko is.

Well then, that is exactly what David Haye should have communicated that to the boxing community. We all work for a living, and I, for one, could have totally related to the “money thing.” He didn't. Haye said that he injured his back, and I thought Klitschko handled it very professionally. He had every right to get upset, but he did not; Vlad said that he understood injuries happen in this sport, and agreed to wait for David Haye. And then Haye asked Vlad to delay the fight again. The writing was on the wall. David Haye was not ready for Vlad, and he forced the Klitschko team to pull out.

    :good

Ducking fighters is a regular occurrence in boxing; always has been and always will be, because one loss can sometimes ruin a fighters career. I don’t know why that is so hard for the Haye fans to admit. His fans say over and over that David Haye is a smart dude, and I agree. Or maybe he’s an idiot and his handlers are smart. ;) Either way, someone was intelligent enough to realize that it wasn’t too bright to take a fight with either Klitschko after one fight with an old washed up Monte Barrett, so maybe now, after going against two HW’s. he feels that he is ready and will make it happen.

    Let's hope so.

Wlad has more power in either hand & the superior jab to set up the big shots. Haye is dead meat.
