No. The final elim was Adamek. To save Wlad from having to face Pulev , they threw Soils, Fury and eventualy Thompson in his way.

Chambers pulls out against Thompson he gets the fight straight away because he's another easy defence.

Leapai comes along and the fight is done on the spot.

The facts are evident. You just chose to ingnore them and chose to believe Wlad isn't a bogus champ and bottom feeding , cherry picking , tweener.

And Adamek declined the eliminator in Feb. 2013, only a year and some change ago. Not "years." Bogus claim, you are too childish to admit you were mistaken on.

Because that fight was only 10 days away, Adamek declinded Pulev without ever agreeing to terms.

If your so confident of that than take the bet.

So Wlad can avoid his IBF elim without getting stripped but can't with the WBO. Is that what you believe?
And its just a coincidence that the WBO guy is another no name cream puff?

Why would he be stripped? Pulev was just named mandatory last summer and no deadline has been set.

A no name cream puff who beat a RING top 10 contender, something most of the top 10 can't claim to have done.

Do you believe Wlad will duck Pulev? Take the bet and prove it. All I'm hearing is hot air.

And please admit the "years" claim was wrong.

No deadline was set for Leapai but he got the fight straight away because he fit the criteria.
Pulev didn't because he is a risk.

Its very simple to understand unless you are a Clinchko denier/defendor.

    Blah, blah, blah.

Take the bet, prove you believe the trash you are talking.

If Pulev doesn't blow his #1 status like he nearly did against Abell, do you really think Wlad will never fight him? It seems to me like you don't and are just blowing hot air while you can.

So you accept the bet and will leave the forums if Wlad does not face mando Pulev by this time next year?

I think that's fair, injuries can happen, delays...you have a good chance of making those odds.

CHEF - Do you know why this fight is more than 6 months later after Wlad's last fight? I'd assume the normal TV, venue type of stuff, but I was counting on Wlad fighting 3 times this year and that doesn't appear to be happening.

He didn't take that much damage (from what I saw) from Povetkin and Leapai isn't a stiff, stiff challenge.

    Any insight?

If this went 12 rounds it would be embarrassing for Wlad. Most likely this farce will be over before round 6.

Leapai injured himself during the Boytsov fight which is why AFAIK this fight is happening so long after Wlad's last fight.

Please start a thread saying Wlad will duck Pulev so we can humiliate you again when he fights (and wins) against Pulev.

Wladimir wanted the fight to be on March 8th but Leapai insisted on delaying it until April 26.

Similarly, Wladimir wanted the fight with Povetkin to be in August of last year, but Povetkin's promoter wanted it on Oct 5.
