Agreed. However, as referee wouldn't react to to the clinches, then Wladimir decided to initiate them himself whenever Povetkin tried to find his range. Of course, Povetkin did duck low and rush in, basically forcing Wladimir to clinch as he didn't want to fight on the inside. You can notice that each time Povetkin stayed outside, he was getting hit by Wlad despite his good defense, so he had no choice but to rush in.

Klitschko gave an interview in Austria about his upcoming fight, stating that Leapai has not much experience with strategy, tactics and technique and lacks amateur background as well.

Not sure if this website allows the links to other sites to be posted, but you can view the full interview on 3news.co.nz

Wlad should know what to expect from Leapai. He's going to try and make Wlad uncomfortable by using pressure and power shots. Rough him up on the inside clinches. Expect a rough and ugly fight! The difference between this and the Povetkin fight is that I expect Leapai to fight back in the clinches instead of being content with being held, waiting for the ref to break it up. I'm looking forward to this fight for some reason. :good Good luck Leapai.

If you run oit of gas fighting a guy whom isnt active and barely throws punches, then God help him against a guy who will throw hard punches and llean 250lbs on him all night

Leapai vs Johnson is one of those situations where the loser still ended up being the better fighter overall. Leapai is progressing whereas Johnson's journyman opponent role is even on the slide, especially if Charr beats him soundly, people are getting tired of seeing him as an opponent for top heavyweights.

I think it's the first Aussie challenger of the HW strap in 100 years! No doubt it's PPV there.

Vladimir Klitschko is the best heavyweight in the world fighting today, his fights should be shown on national TV. Good for ESPN!!!

When Golovkin fought Adama, 147 countries showed his fight, the only country that did not show that fight was America...............
