This fight is soo incredibly one sided.

One of the most one sided fights in a long time.

I like leapai, been following him for a long time but that just tells me how bad a match up this is.

Because Wlad owns all the belts except the WBC his mandatories come around very frequently, this is the WBO mandatory if he wants to retain the belt he has to fight Leapai plain and simple. Leapai is a very limited fighter but he does throw a world class uppercut. Just watch his fights against Evegny Orlov (the guy David Price was supposed to fight Saturday till he pulled out) and Okehllo Peters. Any fighter gets caught with those uppercuts it's good night. After this fight he will face Pulev because he will not give up the belt and then hopefully end of year we get another top rated guy by Ring Magazine or another credible outlet. Tyson Fury I would guess. Guys like Wilder and Jennings need to fight each other to earn a fight in a non mandatory. Also it may be fight for the WBC belth because I supsect come December 15th Vitali will retire or be stripped.

At the time Kingpin was ranked high after that fight. His fight with Fury was a semi final eliminator for the WBC belt. That fight was originally going to be Boytsov vs Fury but it fell apart. That would have been for the WBO number 1 spot.
There's very few HW's out there you could name that have a better win than Leapai (top 10 Boytsov) that Wlad hasn't already beaten.

    Strange, isn't it? :-(

There is foul afoot, make no mistake. Wlad had become an increasingly cynical champion, winning ugly and taking easy fights. I used to like the guy, I really did. But those days are long gone.
If he wants to fight part-timers then fine...just as long as he doesn't expect anyone besides his adoring fans to give a crap.

False. He has the ranking due to his WBO Asian title trinket.

This is Saurland's doing though. They plucked what they deemed as a soft touch within the WBO rankings and it failed spectacularly. Don't get me wrong I do know you're trolling.

Its not trolling if its true.

Fury/Boystov didn't fall apart. Boystov pulled out because he knew he'd get his ass kicked.
Boystov went the distance with Madalone. Fury annihilated Madalone in 5.
Boystov also pulled out against Chisora.

He can dodge these guys ranked in the top 10 by WBO and fight guys nobody ever heard to get his #1 spot.
There is no defending that level of corruption.

:patsch You base rankings off of a very flawed computer algorithm, yet even more confirmation of your "joke" status.

Don't worry K2 will make sure to put together a 15 minute video montage of ATG HW battles, with Leapai mixed in.

It's true Germans in general don't know squat about boxing, but they support it blindly and follow the Klitschko's as their own, Jisi is a perfect example.

    False.

    Wlad has this mandatory because

Leapai have beaten the No. 1!!! not because of K2.

    You cannot compare this.

Vitali and the WBC is one thing.

    Wladimir never makes these things.

Leapai deserve the fight, he won against Boysov.

Cannot believe all this **** on ESB blaming Wlad for fighting the mandatory not avoiding a mandatory fight!!!!

Leapai is an easy opponent who will be willing to fight for peanuts, as soon as he beat Boystov, K2 made sure the WBO all of a sudden conveniently enforced their first mandatory for three years, some right naive idiots on here:lol:

K2 taking their fans for the idiots that they are yet again and who can blame them.

I'm ok with this fight if he fights 3 times in 2014, and fights Pulev next and someone top 10 late in the year. (Assuming of course he wins this one against Leapai)
