Can't see Povetkin presenting Wladimir much problems. He doesn't have a fight-changing punch and I doubt he can take Wladimir's best. Outworking the likes of Byrd, Chambers and Estrada is quite different from fighting one of the Klitschko's. He could get away with his obvious mistakes against smaller boxers who couldn't hurt him. Atlas has made him pay more attention to his defense, but it's still leaky.

Well, that's true. BUT, it would be more credible if Valuev rematched Holyfield with the WBF title on the line, then after he won it, Wlad fights him for the "real" championship.

Wlad. In simple terms, Povetkin is too hittable. He will be kept at bay easily with that jab and Wlad will have no trouble setting him up for the right hand behind it. He's aggressive, but Wlad can easily counter that with the stiff jab and clinching.

I think Wlad is going to be a more aggressive fighter in the future. I just read his interview in Ring Magazine, and I've never seen him use such strong language. I get the feeling he feed up with Povetkin, Haye, and whomever else is delaying his matches.
