What did Chagaev ever do to make you think he would quit on his stool?

Povetkin is #1 contender. He was Olympic Gold Medalist. He has beaten Chambers, etc., and is mandatory. He is good fighter, but is not ready for Vlad.

So everyone now throws in the towel against Klithcko. I don't think so.

Vlad is just so much better than his opponents. Vlad would have looked even better against Haye. He would have knocked Haye out cold, very impressive then the Haye supports would have started calling Haye names.

The poll is flawed, for the right answer is missing - Povetkin quits on stool :) I even think this outcome should be considered in betting when Klitschkos are fighting - not only Klitschko KO or TKO round X but also Opponent X quits on stool after round X ;-)

At least povetkin is aggressive. So he has a chance. With that aggressiveness will mean he will go out faster as well.

Yes, and Povetkin won gold medal and beat their hero Chambers.

Klitschko would beat the **** out of Povetkin, Povetkin is too small, too slow and too typical of european fighters, who fight standing straight up, hands up, move in behind a jab, wlad has seen it all a thousand times before

there is a big difference between pros and ams....

povetkin didnt beat chambers by much, and eddie has improved since then, alex on the other hand looked fat and out of shape against estrada.....chambers would win the re-match......povetkin's stock is a bit too high.....still a average fighter, just hope he learns from his poor showing against estrada......he shows up like that against wlad he will be done in 7 or less

True, but Povetkin would knock Haye out. Chambers would have zero chance Vs. Klitschkos. He would get knocked out. Who has Haye ever beaten?

I wish Povetkin and Haye would fight first. Takes one contender out of the way. Wlad hasn't got much ring time left in him.

Wladimir is in top shape. He will fight 3 or maybe 5 years and will continue winning.

He had just begin his prime.

Povetkin's face was being "tattooed" by Chambers in the early rounds, until Chambers did what he always does best-which is mentally fade out. Against Estrada, whose not known as a big puncher (3 KO's), Povetkin was being nailed by some big right hands. Point being, Alex has a real weak defense. He is listed as 6'2, but is more like 6'1. He is also known to have conditioning and weight problems-evident in the Estrada fight. And, If I am not mistaken his fought over 250lbs a few times-which a lot considering that his not a real "big/tall" HW.
