Maybe in your hope that Wlad losses you're thinking of his older 40+ y/o brother. He didn't look a bit slow pounding the steel jawed, huge Wach for 12 rounds :p

Yeah, many feel there's this pro Wlad conspiracy in Moscow  :nut

he is slower actually. scientific fact, your reactions slow past 30 significantly, its irrefutable.

Meanwhile you can hope all you want that reactions get faster as you age. good luck with you hope.

I haven't hoped anything about Wlad losing, I've said he wins - another point on which you can hope you are right all you want.

First everyone doesn't age at the same rate - that's irrefutable
And it's not necessarily "significant". If Wlad had slowed "significantly" from 30 he'd be using a walker now and would have lost years ago :yep

In high level sports a significant degree of slowness means you're out of the game - team sports and even more so in the individual sports where you're out there alone. Could be tennis or boxing.

Lame straw man bs. Not what I posted at all. Try again.

Sorry I don't keep up every post on esb/bn24

For his age Wlad is a superb athlete, and has slowed very little up to this point. If he does look old vs Pov, there might be an upset.

BUT they do age, that irrefutable. slow or fast, they do age. reactions will erode first, then fitness.

I've never seen or heard of any boxer needing a walker because of loss of speed between age of 30 to 37 in the history of boxing all the way back to the 16th century. This is another piece of **** you posted, mate.

yes but how does that apply to wlad. He hasn't lost enough to lose in his 'jab and run till the other fatboy tires' routines.

yes I agree with that, he is an excellent athlete and hes slowed a little, which is significant on the big stage as you said, but not enough to make him lose, as I said earlier, he will win.

What is your problem with him slowing but still winning closely?
