Yup. He has no chance of closing the distance.

Arreola would have a better chance than I think most here imagine, which is why the fight is unlikely to happen. It's true that Arreola likely won't be slipping many of Wlad's shots(as predictable as they are), but by that same token, he's going to keep coming after Wlad the whole time and Wlad does not like to let his hands go that much due to his stamina issues in the past and his chin. The fighters that have beaten Arreola have been able to win because they stayed busy on him and changed up angles constantly. Wlad can do one of these things, but I severely question whether he can be busy enough to keep Arreola off of him and maintain his stamina. And if Arreola can get in range for any reason, he will throw and has enough pop to dent Wlad's chin. I'd still favor Wlad just because his power is probably enough that he gets Arreola out of there before he reaches a crisis point, but I think the fight is more like a 70/30 affair as opposed to the more like 90/10 that I gather most think it is.

The KBros quietly have a good racket going in the division in my view. It's not always the case, but Vitali tends to take on the pressure fighter types that might trouble Wlad, whereas Wlad tends to take on the boxer-mover types that might give Vitali issues.
