Klitschko embarrasses Wilder and stops him. It would be worse than the Haye fight except Wilder's excuses would be even worse.
I don't see the comparison with Fury. The problem Wlad had with Fury was Fury moved so well and prevented him from setting to punch, so he looked tentative as he wasn't in positions to throw like he would be vs the much more static Wilder. When you look at Wlad's fights against tall guys like Wach, Joshua and Thompson he's not tentative at all. He stands his ground, even presses and does what he's always done beat his opponent to the punch and smother any counter. Wilder could be tentative too as seen in fights like Washington, he's easily pushed back by the jab and Wlad would do this and then quickly dispose of Wilder. Wilder does have a punchers chance and maybe Wlad doesn't finish him off early enough and does get caught late but that's a remote chance because in this fight Wlad is the bigger puncher and he had no problem bouncing Wilder off the canvas like a basketball when they sparred. Most likely Wlad dominates him, beating him to the punch and stops Wilder. This is no way a 50-50 fight more like 90-10 in Wlad's favour.
I believe Wlad likely KO's him cold 8-9 times out of ten by having superior defence/brains and getting to him first. But if Wilder hangs around long enough he can land, just like he did on Fury in the first fight where Fury was about as defensive as later Wlad and more so than earlier Wlad. Also if Sanders can slip one in, it's not out of the question Wilder can given his reach and speed. And if Wilder lands, I'm not sure Wlad can take it as well as Fury. Wlad always got up, but would likely be finished if Wilder truly connected as he would be too concussed to defend himself.
But can Wilder actually KO Wlad late? Or would he panic in the onslaught, blow his load with wild swings and gas to the point that there's not enough sting left like he did in Fury #3? 90-10 sounds fair, it might be wider than that though.
Funny how people were claiming Klitschko was at his best after he beat Pulev and then 18 months later he's old and crap, then 18 months after that he's born again, back to near his best. The truth is, it's easy to look like you're at your best when you're boxing no-hopers like Leapai, Mormeck, Pianeta, Ibragimov, Chambers, Brock, Austin et al.
We've seen Wlad lose to lesser fighters than Wilder, don't be stupid and act like it's a big call. Wlad's best win is ???
And they were rightly considered shock losses... And Wilder would've been, too. Just because Wlad had a couple of shock losses doesn't mean you'd expect another guy who'd be a shock to beat him. And arguably only one of Wlad's losses is to a fighter less proven at the higher end of the division than Wilder to begin with.
Pulev was very good. Ibrgimov and Chambers for example are better. Pulev was just caught on a hot night. 18 months is a lot when you nearly 40.
Pulev is totally overrated and a pudding. He was absolutely crap against Klitschko, and didn't look very good at even his best wins in Chisora and H. Fury. Ibragimov came for the cheque and that was it. Awful. Chambers. Come on.
