What's obvious here is that Morales fought better opposition. So the answer is evident.

 

Wlad has the 3rd longest HW reign in history and fills football stadiums, nobody knows who the **** Morales is outside Vegas and these forums.

 

Because the hw division is much more shallow, a great hw can stay at the top much longer than a great sfw.
