Of 62 fights, he took 8 Oh's. Pianetta will be 9. It's just what he does. 12 others only had 1 loss. Boxrec obviously, but still interesting. I wonder if anyone has taken more Oh's?
wasnt there a round that got removed? DQ or something Ya, DQ and TD in the 5th. He was TKO'd in 5 though against Brewster (that I didnt need Boxrec for lol)
I wish someone would come forward and really push for a fight with Wlad. I suppose Haye would make sense but I can understand K2 not wanting to work with Hayemaker again. I'll certainly watch this Pianeta fight but it isn't a fight I'll be wildly excited about. The champ has to stay busy I suppose
My guess is that it's to help prepare for a bout with Fury (Fury or Price until last weekend) . . . just my guess.
Pianeta is a decent world level fighter, the matchup would be OK, the problem is getting this fight after Mormeck, TT and then Wach. It's just a bad and long run, no world top 10 rated fighter on that list, it was about time we got to watch something bigger. Anyway, a fight is always better than no fight. Enough with the talking and let's get it on.
WTF so beating boxers who were not even good in they're primes in mid-late 90's and now are in they're late 40's (Botha, Mcall) now gets you a shot at the HW title I'd rather see him fight Harrison ffs at least they would be some comedy aspect....this fight is nothing. I don't know how Wlad finds the motivation to fight these cans
Following is a post that was made a few days ago by the admins of the Klitschko FanPage on Facebook. This is not the official Klitschko facebook page, but they do always seem to be "in the know" and most of the time post updates before other sources. So, from this quote, at least the way it is worded, it seems they are saying that Vitali has already had another knee surgery. Again, don't know how accurate this is, just passing it along.
Bradley isn't unifed welter weight champ and isn't fighting his 4th bum in a row. He only won the belt in his last fight. Not comparable.
