Agreed that Pulev has a strong chin. His recent "knockdown" against Abell was just a slip. However, Klitschko punches very hard and a well timed right hand could very well drop and/or hurt Pulev, especially if he doesn't see it coming.

    For me the question is:

How closely did Pulev watch Klitschko vs. Povetkin and what did he learn from it?

...and, did he go back and study tape of himself vs. Thompson, and learn anything from that? :think

Pulev is going to lose and whine about PED's, how lame that he had to build excuses the moment the fight was announced, he knows he isn't going to win....Sauerland knows it too.

Gotta respect Pulev for being such an advocate of clean athletic etiquette. I strongly believe he is a clean boxer and not on any illegal performance enhancers. He's gotten where he is the natural way.

However, I just don't see him winning this fight. Can't see how he wins in any scenario.

Pulev is very intelligent, he won't just stand there and get outboxed if he sees that his outside game doesn't work on Klitschko. I expect him to come up with something. Also, I'm sure that he will bring a bit of a dirty play against Wlad. Will it work? We'll see.

Klitschko, on the other hand, seems very confident that Pulev is not in his league. I'm sure that Pulev is a lot tougher opponent than Thompson, but if he lets Wlad's jabs get the better of him, he might as well doesn't see an eventual right hand coming.

Here's the recent fight "promo" (actually a Klitschko promo).

As far as the overseas broadcast is concerned, HBO will be showing the fight as a part of recently signed 3-fight deal.

So, as far as the 3 major broadcasts are concerned, we have RTL (Germany), Eurosport (UK) and HBO (USA).

    Wlad close UD 116-112.
Or if Pulev wins it will be stoppage win when Wlad is tired and ref stops it.

    But I go with Wlad.

I haven't changed my mind on the fight.

However, I am surprised that Pulev did not pay the WBA and WBO sanction fees. It leads me to one conclusion only.

I'm surprised as well, didn't expect that even from Sauerland. However, it won't affect either boxer.
