I do know that Golota was parked 3 times early against Brewster with virtually every punch Lamon threw. Granted, that wasn't the best version of Golota but when has Wlad been parked that early? The closest thing would be the Sanders fight and that was many moons ago and Wladimir got up every time.

I don't think that there's really that much of a difference between Golata's chin and Wlad's... The separating factor for me was that Golata was THERE to get hit, whereas Wlad usually isn't...

Golota´s chin is off course better than Wlad´s. Just compare their fights and then count how often one is getting to Golota´s chin and one is getting to Wlad´s chin. You will find out that Golota´s chin was tested many more times than Wlad´s, as Golota never was cautious like Wlad. Even before Steward Wlad was rarely getting hit on the chin, but the few times he was, he went down. So don´t tell me his chin is fine. Steve Pannell dropped him, Davaryll Williamson did it, Ross Puritty, only to name the lesser competition. Maybe an average glass chin.

And golota was dropped by Austin.
Puritty stalked wlad for 10 rounds and then Wlad fell by himself(but of course ross took more than 200 shots).
He got up after each KD with sanders. When golota was sparked out with Lewis.

Keep saying it often enough and it becomes true, right?

I can't believe what I'm reading....Bowe was never stopped in his career yet WALDO would knock him out  Bowe never folded or had problems with stamina yet WALDO has a stamina advantage...the same WALDO that fell apart twice due to stamina issues (if you believe all the bull**** excuses that is)

It's one thing thinking your boy would win this (he wouldn't) but just making stuff up as you go along is weak.

So getting dropped at 40 years old after having been in tons of wars means his chin sucks? Not to mention that he had a compound fracture in his forearm.

PRIME Bowe only lasted for a few fights, IMO. Maybe he should have been in his prime against Golota, but his failure to take things seriously and actually train means he wasn't at his peak in that fight. And hell, he was already punch drunk by the third Holyfield fight.

Bowe could win if he could make it an inside fight, but I don't think Wlad would let him do that. Riddick fought the style of a smaller man and was too vulnerable to getting hit on the outside, which became evident when he fought men big and good enough to do that to him. Wlad wouldn't go to war like Evander did; he'd frustrate Bowe by constantly jabbing and turning him before he could set himself inside.

Wlad decisions him or stops him late.

He could have been that fighter that you are imagining. But in reality he beat only Holyfield who he could've won much easer(he was practically Bowes client). Bowe beat only one guy that you can compare to wlad(size etc) Jorge Luis Gonzalez. Regarding how fight was processing(and fact that Gonzalez is nowhere near Wlad) he did not look so impressive. and it was only 2 years since his prime, he could not faded that much.

Think about all the clean, hard, devastating power punches that Bowe landed against Holyfield - now think about Wlad's chin against those shots.

:rofl As if wlad would exchange with bowe inside like evander. wlad will keep this an outside battle and wlad's straight right hand is far more powerful, straighter and quicker than bowe's. i like wlad by late stoppage but prime bowe was a tremendous talent and certainly capable of pulling this out :D
