Well I wouldn't want Sam Peter sitting on my face, but Huck looks like his breath could cut through Tua's jawbone.

The fact that you misspell about 40% of the words you type adds great credence to your arguments.

Wlads only hope of beating Rock is through a spelling contest.

A modern equivalent of Marciano would be Kenny Keene.

Are we to assume Keene, had he come around a few years later, would have beat Wlad?

Carmen Basilio beat Robinson with a height, weight and about 5 inch reach diss-advantage.

He closed the distance and landed punishment for 15 rounds on Ray who's one the greatest fighters in the history of boxing.
He beat him on grit , heart and constant pressure applied from a cast iron mentality that refused to accept defeat.
He had to fight past body shots, uppercuts and combination punches to get to Ray.

If all he had to do was get past a glass jaw and body'd stiff who only threw straight punches and could not fight on the backfoot to save his life, no doubt he would of had him out for the count in under 5.

    Rocky KO5- Wlad.

Someone should try to pressure Wlad. Damn, those trainers are dumb. I could take a guy off the street and have him beating Wlad in 20 minutes.

For those of us not keeping score, what exactly was "the question"?

    No, you couldn't.
You cant train unbreakable mental strenght or to ignore pain and the willingness to to put your life on the line before you accept defeat.
You cant make a man train like a gladitor and prepare him to be conditioned for 15 rounds of combat firing on all cylinders.
A man with a weak jaw and a lacklustre workrate cant beat Rock throwing single shots.

I haven't put you on ignore

Wlad has a fine work rate, even very good for his size. The thing to note is that he controls just about every second of every fight in terms of distance and pace, things neophytes rarely fathom. For this reason, Wlad rarely loses rounds.

Oh, you can turn back the clock for a time period LONGER THAN MARCIANO'S ENTIRE CAREER (this point can not be emphasized enough) and find a less complete fighter in Wlad, who modern sized heavyweights on two occasions found a way derail... but again you would be casting a far gaze over the better part of a decade to a completely different product in the ring.

He has a fine workrate when he's in control and throwing his 1-2 without getting anything back.
Panic and fear of getting hit by Rock and being forced on the backfoot will cause him to huff and puff.
Thats before the body work is applied which saps the energy, strenght and stamina out of any fighter.
To bad for Wlad he has shown he cant take a shot to the body or defend himself in close.

Rock is not some Mormek , Byrd or Haye who will sit on the end of a jab all night, he'll come at Wlad like a terminatior , much like he did in the Walcot rematch , knowing he can take him out with one punch.
