Wouldn't surprise me. It's gotta be about a "get the rust off" tour in an attempt at breaking age records. If it were to happen, Wlad KO6 Let'sGoChamp
Assuming this is about trying to break Foreman's record and that there will be a couple vacant belts in the coming year or two, what is his best chance to win one?
If Wlad comes back, Briggs would be on his hitlist for his trolling of WK in the past and the paddle board incident! "Wherever you go, I go. Let's go, Champ". Not sure what either has left, not sure about Wladimir coming back either, but Klitschko in 6.
Shannon Brigg hasn't had a meaningful fight since he lost to Vitali Klitschko years ago. The guys he faced up until he suspended for being on the juice were D level fighters at best. Briggs has nothing left. Wladimir should of beat Anthony Joshua if he was more aggressive. Wladimir should of beat Tyson Fury is he was more aggressive. The older Wlad got the more timid he got in the ring. I don't see why time off would help this. I would say if Briggs jumped on Wladimir early he would stop Wladimir early if he lands. If Wlad could move around and avoid Briggs rush then Wladimir would stop this faded Briggs in 5 rounds or less.
I’ve been 50/50 on if Wladimir will try to come back to beat Foreman’s record. It most certainly be very tempting for him to want to try. We will find out in next twelve months if he wants it or not. Shannon would be a good start anyway, actually probably would be a terrible idea, Shannon is most likely to fail a drug test, and push Wladimir’s attempted comeback much further back than would be good for his age.
