Tucker isn't the type of guy to trouble Wlad imo. Wlad by wide UD.

I went with Klitschko by decision. Tucker just fights to survive

Lets he honest, so does Wlad. It just happened to be enough against his competition.

I went with Klitschko by decision... But, it certainly isn't a sure thing. And, if anyone is getting stopped, it would likely be Wlad stopped late.

Let’s increase our honesty even further. Wlad showed on numerous occasions that he could knockout a ranked opponent, rise off the canvas to win and hold on to a title. Yeah he was unimpressive. His style was ugly. He clinched too often as well. But he’s in a higher than Tony Tucker was

Tucker boxed near peak Tyson and Lewis and didn't get knocked out, so there's a chance, but I don't see him getting knocked out here.
Tucker would IMO knock out before Steward Wlad, and Steward Wlad would win by a wide unanimous decision.

The first point i agree with, yes he was a tremendous puncher.
But the rising off the canvas is not as meaningful as it would be with a Frazier or Ali since for example in the Peter fight, he didnt even go down due to being hurt. He went down due to panic.
I picked Tucker due to a hunch and because i rate him higher than most, but Wlad should be the favorite.
But im not convinced how he does against anyone who can match his boxing skills and/or his physical gifts.
Especially against someone who is tall enough to reach him as well.
Joshua had power and youth but had no boxing skills stamina or chin compared to a Wlad or Tucker.
I thought Wlad fought more valiantly than ever before against Joshua but AJ was there for the taking and he blew it again due to his mentality.

Wlad was ON PAPER better by a country mile than every single boxer he faced and lost to except for possibly Fury andhe lost those fights due to his mind.

I could see it going the same way as Buster Douglas. Tucker was big and could move on his feet very well. Not many guy like that were defeated by Wlad. He didn't like guys who could box and move. See Tyson Fury , and DaVarryl Williamson who scored a drop and seemed to be taking control before the bogus stoppage on a cut.

I don't want to seem like a broken record but Tucker is overrated because he was semi competitive vs Tyson.

Tucker never had any impressive wins/performances against any top 10 ranked Heavyweights.

What I will say is that Tucker is pretty durable in his prime, and I definitely thinks he lasts the distance vs Wladimir but he loses a pretty wide decision.

Tucker loses every second of this and gets knocked out late.

I don't think he was semi competitive vs Tyson. Most if not all of the rounds went to Mike. What he showed in that fight was skill and a very good ability to box and move on the backfoot. Decent defence too.
Mike was blowing guys away left and right back then. Peak Tyson. But he wasn't able to blow away Tucker with the full force of his offensive ability.

Look at Tucker later in his career when washed out from drugs against Lewis. He made Lewis look clumsy at times. Prime Tucker has a much more competitive fight with Lewis. Its hard to deny that based on how he looked vs Lewis when he was washed up.

What happens if he fights the much less aggressive guy who is prone to gassing out like Klitschko? Most people say Vitali could beat Wlad H2H. There's nothing Vitali does that Tucker can't do. Tucker had more fist variation , speed and defence.
Rewatching this fight again I see an avenue for victory late in the fight for Tucker when Wlad is knackered from boxing a guy who won't stay still.
