He does. Not a very big one though. Fury hasn't faced any decent opponent even near Wlad's size, and certainly not in skill. And the only one coming remotely close to being big and decent actually rocked Fury in his boots, wich was the last time he fought someone slightly above average HW size. So it looks like Fury rather didn't want to take the risk of losing his payday by actually preparing for the Wlad fight fighting a 6' 5+" HW.
Wach and Pulev. Pulev is fairly tall. Wach has an iron chin, Fury doesn't. If light handed cruiserweight Cunningham put Fury on his back, Wlad will put him to sleep. Wlad fights taller opponents better, this is what everyone seems to be ignoring.
You know, Wlad has changed significantly. He's had a few good fights against powerful punchers and he's been hit good... yet hasn't been dropped lately in a long time.
fury is 6ft 9 though with a big reach, he's 5inchs taller than pulev who did cause a klit a few problems At present this is the hardest fight for klitscho imo. We'll see when the fight arrives but this is the first klitscho fight for quite a while I've actually been excited about
