I'd like to see it happen but from a promotor's view it doesn't have to happen. I think Wladimir will end up fighting Arreola and Povetkin.

Wlad dominates him, id like to say he goes in there and obliterates him in the first half of the fight but he will probably jab his way to a dull decision...
Vlad by decision, it would take a sledge hammer to knock Valouev out, but it looks like it will be Vitali would will get to fight Valouev if it happens.
This would be the first fight in which I would be cheering for Wlad. I hope this fight will happen and Wlad KOs Valuev. But I think the best way to hurt Valuev and knock him out is to work his body instead of aiming for his head and chin all the time.
Valuev would give Wlad some issues early on but after he solved Valuev out he should win a comfortable UD. I don't see him knocking out or stopping Valuev.
