A prime Tyson wouldn't need the no-clinch clause. His lateral movement was extraordinary, his ability to get close to taller men, to duck under jabs and hooks, was incredible. People are clueless if they think Klitschko could hang with Mike Tyson. At no stage of his career was he ever at a level where he could hold his own with a prime Mike Tyson. It would not go 3 rounds.

 

If you are talking about the old coked up Mike Tyson Lewis boxed yes Klitschko wins easily but a prime Tyson destroys him. Mike Tyson still won every round against Smith. You have quite a few examples of sluggers putting Klitschko over who were no where near as good as Tyson.

No version of Wlad beats any decent version of Tyson. Prime Tyson ruins any version of Wlad.
Wlad only put his hands together when he can get the jab off. Tysons speed and head moment would remove the jab. Up close in the clinch again Tyson, speed, sheer aggression ferocity and power would unsettle and unbalance wlad. add to that mikes speed of punch and power and his combinations to head and body and wlad has literally no chace.
