This fight could have happened after Wladimir brutally knocked Pulev out in convincing fashion.

There are rumours and former videos on the internet of Wladimir knocking Deontay out in sparring, perhaps why this didnt happen though.

    Who wins this fight?

In a real fight would Deontay find that rightie?

Wilder by knockout. Wlad against Pulev was shot and struggling to put punches together, but Pulev's technique and defense were awful enough for Wlad to knock him out. That fact that Jennings even went the distance with Wlad said it all.

If you used Wlad from the David Haye fight I'd most likely pick Wlad to beat everyone in the division, since he was still able to use effective combinations and used angles.

Around the time Wlad was preparing for Wach, which was in 2012. It was around this time when Wlad's skills started slipping.

Wladimir knocks Wilder the **** out even worse than he did in sparring. Probably within 6-7 rounds. Too smart and too powerful for Wilder. Even at that point in his career.

Wlad knocks Wilder out and then Chef bakes him a cake and sends him home with a pat on the head.

The difference here is that Pulev was a real opponent, not a post-40 guy on heart medicine who should not be fighting.

    Let's see:

Wladimir Klitschko whilst past his prime, at age 38 brutally KO'ed prime Kubrat Pulev by dropping him for the count in just 5 rounds whilst totally incapacitating him.

Meanwhile, prime Deontay Wilder in his early 30's, needed double the time (10 rounds) to stop a totally shot heart patient at age 40 in Luis Ortiz on his feet, without being able to keep him down for the count or without being able to totally incapacitate him.

I don't see how this is even a contest! Even a past prime Wladimir Klitschko wipes the floor with that prime version of Deontay Wilder. Wladimir Klitschko is going to have to literally be totally shot, like right now, for Wilder to have a favorable chance at winning.

And even if they traded right hands, I think Wlad's right hand is going to have a bigger effect.

Deontay is too big and strong for Wlad to lay over his shoulders. Wlad is ****ed. Slightly down on points, The Bomber detonates a crushing right on the chin of a worn out Wlad late in the fight and that is that.

Now that I'm thinking about it, could be much earlier as well; Wlad goes for ye olde jab and grab and catches the big, straight right as he reaches for the hug. Lights out.
