Apparently, a lot of people give a ****. The events fill out stadiums and have much larger gates than similar event 32 years ago.

But since the champ now lives in Germany and NOT in America, most of those who give a **** are Germans or Europeans, and not Americans.

Wladimir is one of the greatest heavyweights of all-time. Now throw him into one of the worst heavyweight eras ever and you're going to get a lot of fights that people don't care much about and you're also going to get people growing bored with his dominance. Not his fault. He's doing the right things - racking up title defenses, which is what I expect him to do about 10 or so more times before he retires.

History will be kind to Wladimir Klitschko. I will miss him ruling the division when he steps away.

 

Agree. Haye, Ibragimov, Byrd, Peter, Brock, Chambers, Chagaev, Barret, Rahman, McCline, Mercer are all bums people never heard of.
