...now doesn't look anywere near as bad as was advertised by his haters:

    1) 4 months shy of his 40th birthday, being 2 years older than Lennox Lewis from Vitali fight, Wlad lost on points to the fellow ATG talent, who happened to be 12 years younger, 3 inches taller and in the best shape of his career. Oh, and Wlad wanted the rematch BADLY but didn't get it.

    2) At 41, after 15-months lay off Wlad gave the hell to another one extremely talented fighter, who was 13 years younger, and had a great size as well.

Wlad went out of boxing losing to the two extremely talented and gifted fighters and showed he has a warriors heart in his fight against Joshua.

And lastly: Wladimir Klitshko was knocked down plenty of times, he was battered badly and looked deadly tired in some of his earlier fights. But he never ever gave up, never quit - he always climbed from the canvas and continued to fight no matter how hurt or tired he was

I think Wladimir Klitschko will have a rematch with Tyson Fury. He posted the following tweet after Fury defeated Wilder:

I hope he won't be back. He is too old to beat Tyson Fury

why does wlad get to skip ahead of the like of AJ, Wilder, whyte, etc

get in line wlad, or accept that your a has been who only reigned for so long by beating midgets and bums

Midgets? LOL Mariusz Wach was 2 inches taller and heavier. Derrick Jefferson, Ray Austin, Dereck Jefferson, Jameel McCline all were the same height but heavier than Wlad. Tony Thompson, Kubrat Pulev, Dannell Nicholson were hardly the midgets

Bums? So, Haye, Povetkin, Byrd, Ibragimov, Chagaev, Brewster are bums? Or even guys like McCline? I mean, McCline easily battered prime Briggs and demolised Michael Grant in 43 seconds. I don't think a bum would do that

My problem with Klitschko's wasn't that he was boring a lot of the time, but what made him boring in many of those fights was using his physical advantages along with excessive holding. That's a blemish on his career, and it's why many of his fights happened where that rule wasn't enforced. When he faced someone with a physical advantaged he froze up and lost the titles. He didn't change anything up, or take any risk to turn it around. His fight with Joshua was entertaining, but he was warned before the fight that he would be penalized for excessive holding, so he didn't do it. I'm not saying he wasn't talented, but he fought many of his fights using a different set of rules than the champions who had come before him. I don't like seeing a style built around excessive holding.

more time goes on people are now coming to realise both Klitschko brothers were limited and flawed.

neither are on the level of the like of Lennox, fury, Holmes etc

You are just genuinely upset watching Wlad getting his well deserved respect. You look childish in this discussion

respect? I don’t really see much respect.

the truth is as the more time goes by, wlad will slide down the list of greats. He shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as the like of Lennox, Ali, fury, Holmes, Louis etc

what’s Wlads best win? Cheating against povetkin? Landing about two punches on cruiser Haye?

people talk about wlads losses more than his wins, which says everything really

and as for his brother, my word he’s not even top 30 ATG, his resume is genuinely worse than wilders

It also goes the other way and facing Wlad looks good on Fury's and AJ's resumes.
They didn't duck him unlike Wilder who went on to fight Molinas and other crap of the world.
