    Shocking that Chris John does about as good as Wlad on all but one of them categories. It gets better though, the odd one out is the bottom one :lol:

    Let's compare to Joe Louis.

    Jim Braddock 6'2.5" 200 lbs. Russell Crowe look alike. Conspicuously Irish.

    Tommy Farr. 6'1" 205 lbs. Nicknamed the Tonypandy Terror despite having never visited the city. Good boxer in the Welsh fashion.

    Nathan Mann and Harry Thomas. Same size both on either side of 5'11" 195 lbs. It's possible they were the same person with the name changed to fool customers.

    Max Schmeling. 6'1" 195 lbs. Looked a lot like Jack Dempsey. Rumored to be a robot. ATG.

    John Henry Lewis. 5'11" 180 lbs. Blind.

    Jack Roper 205 lbs. Height unknown. Probably 5'2".

    Tony Galento. 5'9" 235 lbs. Once beat an octopus in mortal combat. Could drink his weight in beer. Good left hook. Better command of English.

    Bob Pastor. 5'11.5" 185 lbs. Not an actual pastor.

    Arturo Godoy. 6' 200 lbs. Not related to Arturo Gatti.

    Al Mccoy, Gus Dorazio, Red Berman. Once toured as the comedy trio Red, Z, and the Reel McCoy.

    Abe Simon. 6'4" 255 lbs. Never trust a man with two first names.

    Tony Musto. 5'7" 200 lbs. Retired Opera singer. Nicknamed the boxing baritone.

    Buddy Baer. 6'6" 250 lbs. Brother of Max, father of Jethro, cousin of Yogi. Hard hitter.

    Billy Conn. 6' 175 lbs. Had a movie made about him. Did not win the Oscar. Aggressive pure boxer.

    Lou Nova. 6'3" 200 lbs. Knew yoga.

    Tami Mauriello. 5'11.5" 200 lbs. Frank Sinatra bodyguard.

    Jersey Joe Walcott. 6' 195 lbs. Pass.

    Zelkko Mavrovich was 2 or 3 classes above Pulev. If you can't see that , you have no eyes.

    He gave Lewis a good fight. Lennox shutting him out over 12 rounds is a falsity. Some of the shots he hit Lewis with would have had Wlad in serious trouble.

    He was tactical , had good movement and was good at countering the right hand with his own over the top.
    Pulev isn't half the boxer he was.

    The perennial contenders of yesterday would all be the top rankers of today.
