So, does that mean you don't think AJ will lose again, if he loses to Wlad? To have a better career than Lewis, despite a loss to Wlad, AJ would have to go on to dominate the division for many years, beat Fury, and beat some other young future atg as AJ is getting ready to retire.

I don't think it is a matter Wlad being super confident. I think it is a matter of him realizing his career is over and he wants to go out on the biggest payday he can envision. I think Wlad has a shot at beating AJ but I think the greater likelihood is AJ ends Wlad's career in his ascendancy to the top of boxing.

Yes If Wlad bounces AJ back off the canvas and stops him inside 5 or 6 rounds, people will just say AJ is another untested chinless Brit who was exposed.

The truth as usual will be somewhere in the middle.

Wlad probably would be able to continue for another 2 years if he beats AJ. AJ still has a future as a top HW even if he loses to Wlad.

I have said before, that since being manufactured to the position of IBF HW Champ, at some point he will have to face someone of note, he couldnt avoid it forever, i personally believe that this is not a case of Wlad is finished, far from it.

This is a case of this coming too soon for AJ.

In boxing as you know, with some fights it is always about the timing of the fight, and it usually amounts to the older fighter going on too long and getting beat.

In this fight it is the opposite, Joshua is not ready just yet, and even at 41 come fight time, Wlad will skillfully school AJ and more than likely stop him late on.

Wlad has the more vast experience and even at 60% of himself five years ago still beats him.

Far Far too soon for AJ, i am not hating on the guy, i actually quite like the kid.

If vlad can take Joshua into the second half of the fight he could do it.I don't think he can survive the early charge though.

Why wouldn't he be confident when he has beaten everyone he has faced for 10 years; accept for this last fight, which he sees as something he can correct

He has a right to be confident... he is the one in this fight that has been very a dominant champion for a decade......

Wlad steamrolled Brock, Ibrag, Chag, Chambers, and Povetkin. And his losing only his last fight ( in a very uneventful match ) where Fury won by doing next to nothing, does not mean Wlad has slipped as some think he has.

And Joshua has yet to be tested on this level

Wlad is not fighting Joshua for the money. Hes fighting Joshua cos hes always felt that he could beat him. Thats it!

Wlads net worth is $300 million. Every year he makes $36,363,000. For the 10 years he was champ, he wouldve been earning to buy his great, great, great grandchilds million dollar mansion, fund all the charities hes involved with, he probably has shares in UNESCO. Hes not worried about Joshuas $5, hes worried about his last fight and how he was sh1t (sure Wlad would agree with that description).

Fury would be nothing more than a 260 pound punching bag for Joshua .

I think that if Wlad comes in with his head screwed on right, he could totally KO AJ. Joshua is hittable, and anything Wlad can hit, he can destroy. The real question is, how old is Wlad in boxing terms, and how much has he lost?
