It is easy to explain... Wladimir pays not much money. So most of the top contenders want to get mandatory because they will get much more money.

Mormeck was a bad choice, I agree with that. Wach and Pianeta were a couple of big, undefeated Guys who, while hardly world beaters, can at least be considered contenders. If they were on ppv it would suck and I wouldn't be buying but on regular tv that's ok for me. If WK fights Povetkin in the fall then I really don't see anything to complain about - he'll have cleaned out the division and beaten the best guys.

Maybe Fury and some of the other young contenders will get some names on their resume and make the step up next year.
