I don't think that Toney comes in any better shape but the upset would be more than sweet and Rampages worst humiliation. In case that it would happen I'd bet that James's following match would get huge PPV's and again Dana White would roll as a winner.. win-win situation for UFC.

This probably wrong place to discuss about MMA but maybe these words from Toney lightens up posters on this nasty thread:

    -.-
Speaking via FightHype.com ''Lights Out'' had this to say:

'' The Fake Mr. T know that if he's looking for a fight, all he has to do is sign the contract. Rampage is a decent club fighter and if he thinks his club fighting style can match my skills then he is crazy as hell''

Toney then continued his verbal assault and said:

''What? Is he mad because I called him an Uncle Tom or because I said Detroit wouldn't accept him? (laughs) My boy said Rampage stayed in his room in Auburn Hills. They knew better than to go to the D where I'm from. Rampage is still an Uncle Tom and I will go on record and say he is not dumb enough to stand and trade with me. Machida almost knocked him out, so what do you think I would do to him.''

Toney then took one final shot at Jackson and went on to say:

'' Rampage is a black redneck. He better stick to hanging with them white boys and keep my name out of his mouth. I ain't hard to find; sign the contract!''
    -.-

Black redneck! :rofl Nobody beats Toney in trash talk.

Lol good post it would be bad for the ufc if toney gave rampage a whooping but he needs to step up in shape. Always good for the pre fight hype though and as you said with the ufc its win win one way

The 25m that Vitali supposedly made comes from the gate, which is about right, considering K2 promoted the fight. What I was talking about a few posts above, was TV rights. Vitali makes huge money off live events because he promotes them himself but as far as TV goes, Haye makes more.

Hayemaker promotions will make as much as K2 do, too.

I'm not contradicting myself here, it's just separate figures.

Bild.DE reported the Klitschkos make 1 million EURO net on the stadium gate. Your $25 million figure is complete fantasy.

It was a reported number off a legitimate site.

Regardless of that, there were 40,000 people in attendance for Klitschko/Peter, which BILD mentioned. No way did Klitschko only make 1m off that attendance if they all paid. There would have to be a ludicrously low average ticket price.

What I can't get past is...if Haye really wanted to fight a Klit then why isn't he interested in fighting Vitali?

There's really no way to tell if Haye actually wants Wladimir or if he's just putting his name out there. So I can't really blame Klitschko for moving on after the latest failure.

Either way, with regard to the belt, if Haye beats his mandatory I'm sure he'll get another opportunity to fight a Klitschko.

I would love him to fight Vitali, from recent fights if there was ever a time to take him now's the time (even though I believe both will beat Haye). But he obviously views Wlad as the weaker of the two, add to this in beating Wlad he becomes the No1 HW, something he can't do beating Vitali.

He wants Wlad in the ring, no doubt in my mind at all. He'd have fought him already but for Setanta going under and he'd be linned up right now if Wlad hadn't chosen Chisora.

    Here's the kicker.

Once Haye gets his enforced mandatory out of the way whether thats, Chagaev, Povetkin, Boystov etc he's free to make voluntary defences again which earn bigger $$ than mandatory fights. Where's the incentive to face Wlad or Vitali for little more than he could against a well promoted lesser opponent.

It looks like the only way this fight will happen is if both have mandatory fights approaching at the same time therefore both gaining the most $$ in the risk-reward equation.

Bull**** reason from Wlad as Haye pulled out for legit reasons before, Setanta going bust, there is zero chance of that with SKY.

Not yet been a single good reason for not cancelling the Chisora fight to make he Haye fight happen.

Wlad doesnt want none of Haye, its clear.

what i can't understand is wlad making that video belittling and baiting haye to fight. it was so personal for wlad to get haye

haye then agrees to all of wlads demands for the fight and then does this.

it basically a total u-turn. If this fight doesn't happen wlad has to take the full blame and it ****s his legacy up.

i would like to see haye step up and take the vitalli fight but it looks so weak of wlad if that fight happens. wlad had the opportunity to deal with haye himself and shouldn't rely on vk to do it.

wlad we know you have a weak chin but a weak pair of balls is someting else.

i would like to see vitall fight solis and then haye step up to face the winner of that. I like haye but i don't know if he has the balls either.

You do remember that they were about to fight 18 months ago?

Haye's changes were seen better in 2009 than today.

That's a good one! Definitely Haye fan quote of the day.

    Google:

"haye has no balls" 282 000 search results.

Of course i do, i remember Setanta going bust, it ****ed Scottish football up in the process and also ****ed up that fight, thats why Haye pulled out. (clueless haters thought Haye was ducking but that wasnt the case it was legit)

No chance of that this time round with SKY.

Wlad doing the running here, thats not even a debate.
