Haye is an idiot thinking he could play games with the brothers for two years talking **** about them and giving them excuses and then finally .. a few months before his own self-imposed retirement Haye really thought he could get a fight date with the brothers in a one week negotiation? Considering there are 4 TV stations and 3 promotional companies involved in the discussions?

Booth and Haye are complete amateurs on the business side and it shows every step.

I don't believe that Haye will retire in october. And I do start to believe that he will fight Wlad before retiring.

David would have only one fight left after Chagaev and because Wlad signed with Adamek he doesn't have a credible opponent to seal his career before his 31th birthday besides from Vitali. I have an impression that he likes to fight Wlad first and if he wins he'll take the Vitali fight.

Pulling back his retirement promise wouldn't make anyone disrespecting him less. Quite the opposite if he brakes it to fight against the bests in the business.

This pretty much sums it up about Haye for me. He thinks he's the best fighter out there and that everyone else thinks it too, but it's only the people in Britain that get boxing news from BBC.

Winning the WBA title was almost the worst thing for him, because it just inflated his ego even more. He still bangs on about it now, how he beat the 7ft Russian, same how he bangs on about beating Mormeck and then unifying the cruiseweight division. I'm not saying these aren't accomplishments, but they happened a good few years ago now and he STILL bring it up in interviews. I think he'll fight Chagaev, win and then retire.

I dont think he will retire either mate this fight just generates way way to much money for them not to fight! its not like pac and mayweather they have both had giant ppv hits were as haye and wlad have not. I think the fight will happen in august but againt vitali not wlad

Spot on! I can't believe all the klit nut huggers one here not accepting what has just unfolded.. Now wlad wants adamnek in september meaning he wont fight haye in 2011 - further einforcing the fact he has no real interest in haye.. Now cast your minds back to the video wlad recorded last year.. All a bit contradictory for me. I also think it is pretty important that the main promoters (Golden Boy) have stated that they cannot promote a fight of this magnitude in just 8 weeks from the momnet the chosora fight is over.. what if wlad is injured or even worse looses.. Think of the amount of time and money wasted..

WLAD WANTS TO FIGHT IN JULY

BUT HE ALSO WANTS TO FIGHT IN APRIL

THERE ARE NO DATES FOR HAYE-KLITSCHKO THAT MESH (with stadiums, tv, etc) UNTIL JULY.

IF HAYE REALLY WANTED THE FIGHT, ALL HE HAS TO DO IS WAIT UNTIL JULY OR AFTER JULY.

And be stripped of his title in the mean time?

Also answer how is wlad going to fight chisora in april 30th, haye in july and adamek in September? :rofl

Also instead of a july date and all this bull**** wouldn't it just be as easy for wlad to say forget chisora - I have been going on about haye being a big girl for a year or more and now he finally wants a fight in june i can finally get my hands on him and do all the awful things i said i was going to do.. oh and earn 10 mill whilst doing it.:huh:patsch

My point was that the people in Britain that think he's the best fighter in the land, are those that don't really follow boxing and get their updates from places that don't even report boxing in full.

Also, you'll find the BBC do report on boxing (although not in any real depth)

I think the Royal wedding is way too premature for the couple. They could set the date later to fit with the mega fight and train all the moves, kisses and speeches while building it bigger with some sort of 24/7-series.

William battling with retrieving hair line and Kate choosing a hat would make good tv.
