If they absolutely believed it they wouldn't bloody ask would they?

You take their word at face value when it's so obvious what they're getting at. I have no reading or spelling --->comprehension <---:D problem. You are the one who has an inability to read between the lines.

Whether they believe he is or whether they just want to be sure one thing stands out, they are obviously not absolutely certain regardless of what they say.

I addressed this in one of my first posts ffs. You know, when I said they have more class, which you also dismissed as not answering the question when clearly I'm meaning they have their suspicions but aren't just going to blurt it out to the world.

Klitschko - Povetkin free negotiation period is until June 17th. Then it will goto a purse bid.

If this plays out like the 2008 purse bid they already went through then K2 will win and the fight will be staged in Germany. There is not reason to think different this time, one can seriously doubt that Povetkin was able to muster up more Russian millionaire capital now in the middle of the biggest economic turmoil as compared to early 2008 when it barely started.

English isn't my native language, I may be excused for confusing letters sometimes.

Also I'm not the one who can't read between the lines. I've already given you my reasoning. I believe Pov's people are using these demands for additional testing as a means of extortion. Maybe you missed the part where I explained about ARD. As long as the fight is not on ARD, Pov doesn't need to take any special tests. In order for it not to land on ARD, Klitschko must win the purse bid. To make sure Pov's team maximize their profit they are using every tool available to them - they want to spook Wlad out to the max so he bids the highest figure possible JUST IN CASE.

Remember what happened last time they had a purse bid for Klitschko vs Povetkin? They let out a rumour through certain German newspapers that Sauerland was going to bid 10 million. K2 bid 13 million to ensure their victory. But when they had actually opened envelopes, Sauerland's bid was something like 5 or 6 million.

    Do the math.

Well expert doper Conte has said that truly random usada testing is effective. Agreed that povetkin has lacked confidence, but i don't get those who are against more stringent random testing. You guys must know that a lot of guys are juiced. better for everyone to at least try and eliminate ped with random usada testing and stiff penalties.

btw, the random testing conte said works is 'truly random' and no advance warning at all

This was all started by Atlas, not Povetkin, it is a shame Atlas cannot keep his big mouth shut.

Yes, those numbers were insanely high and let me wonder what is going on. But it is a clear sign how history will repeat. Povetkin will get a lot of money.

This makes no kind of sense, Isn't Klitschko a college educated doctor? He can't believe the "blood testing makes me weak" crap. So what is it?...

Would this really be surprising if Wlad was on something? His brother did get popped for PEDs in the amateurs. The fact that testing is so worthless in boxing makes me believe that tons of fighters are probably doing some kind of enhancers.

The heavyweight champion of the world, Wladimir Klitschko, is not interested in Alexander Povetkin's request for both fighters to take part in random drug tests under the company WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). Povetkin is Klitschko's official challenger under the International Boxing Federation (IBF).

Negotiations are taking place for the two of them to fight due to Wladimir not being able to retain an agreement with WBA heavyweight champion David Haye. Unlike the situation between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr., Klitschko has the full authority on the drug testing decision. The fight with Povetkin is ordered by the IBF and if he decides not to take the Klitschko fight, then Wladimir will move on to the next ranked contender in the IBF's top ten.

Older brother Vitali Klitschko believes this is a tactic by Povetkin's team to avoid the fight. He says Wladimir will not accept these drug testing terms.

"Wladimir has to fight Povetkin because of the IBF and he will take any tests under the rules of the World Boxing Federation. The tests are sent to an international sports laboratory in Cologne, which is one of the most modern in the world. If someone has any doubts, let them go send letters to [the lab] to investigate," Vitali was quoted telling Alexander Pavlov by Golzka.
