WALDO has a horrible chin, Haye has a speed advantage. Could go either way but I'd bet on Haye to catch WALDO, and then finish him. VITLAY would be a tougher job but Haye would land enough to make him quit I reckon, he's not as feather fisted as Byrd was and Byrd made VITLAY quit.
