    In order:

Holmes did everything better. If a nemesis exists for Wlad in that list of names, it's Holmes with his jab and movement. He's crafty, tidy, and he knows how to neutralize sheer physicality with the right strategy.

Tyson holds a stylistic advantage. His aggressive defense would make Wlad very wary, to say the least. I don't mean to over-simplify the matter, but I predict Klitschko to short-circuit faced the quickness of a power-punching Mike Tyson.

George would stalk Klitschko behind his own jab, then unleash volleys to the head and body. As was stated earlier, even grazing shots might frazzle Klitschko to the point of unraveling. Foreman wins in much the same vein as Tyson. Here though, the possibility of defeat is present. It does not necessarily loom large, but if Wlad can survive the blitz, he has a chance.

I think Ali would just get by, honestly. He has a knack for evading straight shots, but offensive opportunities could be hard to come by for him. I see it being closely contested round-by-round, if not in reality a fierce match, per se. Ali pulls away eventually.

Louis is someone I would only slightly favor. He doesn't quite present the same picture as a Tyson or Foreman, but he's a force all his own. His stance was designed for countering, and that's exactly what I'm counting on. Of course, it's also highly likely he is stopped.

Sonny, like Joe, is on close to even terms with Wlad. Even though, I think he is next in the line of Tyson and Foreman in regards to exploiting Klitschko's greatest weakness- the left hook- it should be said that the person across him isn't a dumbbell. If a protracted fight unfolds, and Wlad is giving as good as he's getting, things might turn sour for the Man with No Age.

I forgot Lewis. He sits between Holmes and Tyson. It could develop into a exciting, short, little firefight. Lennox had more tools though.

Great dissection of Vlads style/reason he is as good as he is - the only one's I'd bet my house on beating Vlad would be Joe Louis and Jack Dempsey - for all the reasons above and more he would be a very very difficult fighter for anyone to fight - the guy is immense! At the same time I think the one thing that needs to be sorted out is the ridiculously biased in his favour refereeing and the ridiculous amount of holding he is allowed to do and if he didn't have the option of that he might start to get quickly found out by a lot of these guys listed - he shouldn't be allowed to grab and hold every time anyone makes any kind of move - he has absolutely no idea how to even start to fight inside and yes if he was allowed to do all the grabbing and smothering then maybe is actually favour him over a lot of these guys at the opening bell - but in my fantasy fights were talking 1950's rules set which encompassed everything the way it should be as far as the rules for the best fights - if forced to fight without holding then I'd instead be expecting to see something like the Sanders thing happening sooner or later - I do think Vlad gives very awkward fights to everyone else other than Joe Louis and Jack Dempsey - how could he not really - although one thing I've got to say is that I always thought a young Lennox Lewis would without any shadow of a doubt beat Vitali and I think would also be at least likely to beat Vlad as well

Louis KO7 Wlad, not bad though I am thinking Louis KO5.. Maybe I am to old but reading a few comments that Louis would lose has me puzzled, I just don't see it.. I know Louis could be tagged, hurt, dropped and stunned but he was hard to finish and once he climbed off the canvas you were usually in for a beating.

Wlad pts over Marcaino, hmmm not sure about this one.. I think he could out box the Rock but the Rock would be winging bombs all night and would have a great chance to catch him.. But he wouldn't have the cards possibly.. I am fine with the Rings call here though I pick Rocky tko late...

Wlad ko5 Patterson, pretty close, maybe sooner..

Liston KO5 Wlad, I think I feel more inclined to take Wlad on points here..

Ali pts over Wlad, absolutely no question here..

Frazier pts Wlad.. Another tough one, Frazier was easy to find and Wlad would be blasting him all night, still going with smoking Joe, his punches will hurt Wlad in a bad way.. Frazier KO6...

Foreman KO10 Wlad, I laughed my ass off when I saw this.. Young Foreman wins on a late KO..................................................... No way its either George inside of 3 or Wlad on the cards.. Foreman KO2!!

Holmes pts Wlad, I like that call..

Tyson pts Wlad.. I will take Tyson to KO Wlad cold inside of 4 rounds..

Lewis ko10 Wlad.. I will take Lewis to win on points over Wlad...

My friend a stoppage is a stoppage. Prime has nothing to do with that. Everyone knows that Vlad`s chin is suspect. Foreman Tyson, big hitters would always have been a problem with him. Too be considered great, you gotta have a chin ...

Did I say jab ??? I agree with what your saying, fight plan wise. But, do you really think that at some oint, Tyson doesn`t get his right hand over Vlad`s low hanging left, or drill him with that nasty uppercut he has ? And, given Vlad`s history of getting chin cheked by average punchers, he goes down when Tyson connects, solidly and stays down...Love how everyone conveniently forgets about shaky chins in hypothetical matchups...

Brilliant comparison ! If you think Tyson was primed for Douglas, wow you are a genius... When looking at a fighter chances with all time greats, sorry chin comes into the picture. Since you saw fit to bring `chinny` Norris into the mix, his chin always holds him back. Punchers chance for fighters against fighters with shaky chins is relevant here... Do you think Vald would have climbed off the deck like Holmes did against bomb-throwing Shavers ? Vald`s chin WAS reachable, and when reached by someone who COULD punch, he could get stopped.

Very true ! But, look at who Hearns fought , all time greats... And het got stopped by SRL and MMH, no disgrace there... Vlad, Sanders ? Brewster ? And who has Vlad beaten that qualifies him as an all time great ????

Even in a weak era somebody should be able to give you problems.

Some people say that Joe Louis was the greatest heavyweight of all time, and that he dominated a weak era, yet there were still fighters able to give him problems.
