Wow, the poll is definitely in favor of what I believe....but it's a shock to see it so one sided, almost 95% in favor of Wladimir.

Looks like his dominating performances are starting to get him some much deserved respect around here. Nice to see.

On the other hand it was much more interesting before though. People were arguing that this fighter will beat Wlad. Now its just boring and there is no intrigue in HW

Adamek will try. Haye and Povetkin will not.

    Vlad by knockout.

    It would be a mismatch.

I am Adamek fan, but I do not think he has got something Chambers, Ibragimov or Chagaev missed. So, if they all combined won perhaps 3 rounds, what could be Adamek's plan to win the whole match?

It would be brutal, but very onesided! Wlad KO 6

Adamek can box and try to keep Wlad from getting into a rhythm. That is what decent boxers do. But he has way too many other factors to overcome - size, strength, power, reach. I would be fairly surprised if Adamek could last the distance, but it is not out of the question.

If Adamek fights to win he will get KOed, if he fights to survive, he probably can.

Would anyone give Ademek a chance? Hes a very very good fighter but the sheer size difference alone would cost him dearly. He is not a boxer who is totally used to charging inside and roughing up a taller opponent and this will not change in 1 fight.

More to do with Adamek being a walking punch bag that lacks power at HW. Total mismatch.

That's because styles make fights and Adamek has changed his style in HW to a boxer which is fine when fighting Arreola or Estrada but the past has shown that Wlad LOVES this kind of opponent. Outpointing him is close to impossible as he combines crazy athleticism, height, reach, ring IQ and great skills (there's hardly a HW in history I'd favor to win a decision against Wlad) so you better have some power behind your punches to exploit his only weaknesses: his chin and his inside fighting. But Adamek is apparently a rather weak puncher at HW since he failed to KO glass chinned Grant making a victory against Wladimir Klitschko highly unlikely.

So why they not fight him as he is so easy to beat? :huh

    Good post

Of course that he has a chance. But even if he fights perfect fight, he may lose. All depends on Wladimir in such a fight. If he starts making mistakes, he may lose. So Wladimir would have to underestimate Adamek, if Adamek wants to win. His trainer (Manny Steward) used to underestimate Adamek's chances at HW due to his size. Maybe this time he would do the same? :smoke

I think that Adamek's people are now analyzing which fight is more winnable for Adamek (Wladimir or Vitali) and they will decide after Maddalone who to fight next. I believe that Wladimir is more dangerous than Vitali, but its only one person - Roger Bloodworth who really knows it.

Wlad doesn't understimate anyone, neither does Manny. It's one of the reasons he hasn't lost in so long.
