I read Wlads bench press max is 180 kilo (400 lbs). Do you know how much he deadlifts or squats? What about other HWs? Tyson Fury can deadlift 250 kilos.

    depends on how they train.
A powerlifter with a 400 bench will probably go 500+ on the squat, and 600+ on deadlift.
A regular gym goer generally trains upper body more because it's far easier and in those cases a 400 bencher might even squat less and barely deadlift 400.
I tend to believe most boxers fall into the latter category.

Foreman can pull a truck or lift up a Cow

( you can see in the pic it was a younger cow ,
but must be some weight around 550 Ibs )

Primo Carnera lifted up people , with one arm easily (who weight 185 Ibs)

Whatever i think Primo Carnera , George Foreman and Jeffries
beat anyone in this category , by far the strongest Boxers ever lived.

Lifting means nothing in combat sports.

I have seen 140lb guys hit harder than 210lb guys.

Yes, but all things equal the stronger man will win almost every single time.
By all things equal I means just that.
There are many variables. A very strong fighter with poor stamina will have issues with a weaker opponent with a strong chin, and good endurance, etc.

Wlad bench press - 355*3 (CHEF)

Valuev's best ever results - 375*1 bench press, 485*1 - squats (by his own words).

I suspect Fury can do more than 250kg now deadlift, if he truly maxed.
I did 250kg once, at a bodyweight of about 242 pounds. I was doing a lot of training in those days, but I'm only 6'3, not 6'9 like Fury ! Deadlift is the one powerlift that tall men tend to be good at (benchers and squatters tend to have short limbs).
