Wlad's clinching style and lesser competition allows him to protect his chin more, but it's mostly the lacking competition. I have no doubt that if Wlad fought the same Corrie Sanders he fought in 2003 that Sanders would stop him again. Same deal with prime Brewster.

 

I think Sanders style would always pose Wlad problems.

Well considering that was Stewards first fight training Wlad (I may be wrong), and then the fighter Wlad had become since via Stewards work you could say at that point Wlad wasn't "prime".
