You can guess away as much as you like.I never specifically referred to either of the Ali v Liston fights.Farrell, like yourself can say what he likes it doesn't make it so. Since Liston lost both fights,I don't see how they ,"were fixed on Liston's behalf".
Because Liston was told to lose to people around him. Ali most likely wasn't in on it, but he wasn't stupid, he knew especially in the 2nd fight, hence why he was so outraged at Liston going down so easily. A lot of Dirty money was placed on Ali at 8/1 and large amounts were also placed on the rematch when he was the slight underdog. Liston had no choice when he was surrounded with these nefarious characters. Farrell and others have no reason to lie.
There was no significant fluctuation in the betting. I think Liston could have continued in both fights my problem with your earlier post is the term thousands.
yeh u were saying number 1hsh atg ali NOT GASSING against atg frazier was the same as weak h2h wlad gassing in a singular round suddenly against a journeyman. I dont believe you are still trying to defend yourself.
You are extremely naive if you think there hasn't been over a thousand fixed fights in over 100 years of boxing history.
what eye test? liston not being ableto get near ali? thats the same eyetest you get with most of prime alis fights. shouldda gone to specsavers
Cmon man, obvious dive. Why would the astute Charles Farrell lie about having knowledge from Liston's own manager that it was fixed? Not to mention all the smoke that has came from those fights. And no, he is not lying for money and attention - if you claim that, then you don't know the man.

Yeah I'm naïve , now can we get back to the thread?
No, she is bought and paid for. No one is that incompetent. Funny enough, Bradley Pac was probably fixed, as explained perfectly by Mr Farrell.
You're very free with the libellous remarks.Especially as you haven't produced a shred of evidence. Now can we concentrate on the thread please?
Well for whatever reason I believe Sonny did lay down in the second fight. The first fight all I remember is Sonny trying to catch up with Ali and trying to tear his head off. A strange way to throw a fight.
congrats you've reached the 2nd stage of internet trolling by deciding I'm not ignoring your post, but have read then and am simply too stupid to understand you. Proceed to the third stage next time by deciding I am actually of evil intent and finally follow it by 4th stage by comparing me to the nazis. or, just accept that wlad gassing in a particular round and getting kfo is not the same as frazier decisioning ali.
