Round 12 was the only round either (wlad) actually tried throw shots with anything at all on them.. that was a domination to you ? And wlad is very far from one if "my guys" Aj is going to show you what a domination is in March.

Fury was just as bad as wlad that night. Fury was expected to get handled easily which makes LOST fans think he actually fought a decent fight. They both performed at F- levels, was embarrassing for a hw title fight because both were so pathetic.

Neither could beat any of the true top 5 hw's and that's one thing I'm very confident with

I wouldn't give Fury a good chance at all in the rematch. I see many instances where Wlad would have and could have landed in open spots with Furys head blatently exposed. I don't even think Fury actually took the title from wlad because he was hit by the cleaner punches and back pedaled the entire time hitting Wlad with chip shot taps to his body, since when does that count as significant punching? a rematch would have seen aggressive Wlad and fury is in trouble...Joshua is certainly getting the better wlad in aprlil.

In hind sight Wlad really didn't throw anything for Furys movements but its a type of fight where wlad doesnt have to worry about being hit with blunt hard one punch shots. The only chance Fury has if Wlad reflexs are gone ,which no evidance they are YET. watching him in training he looks very quick and on point . Wlad doesnt really need to change anything but tempo , that's it.

Other than Wlad , i would still have him favored over most top guys an maybe put him top 3 but im not going to be delusional on one fight and claim hes a great boxer,he wins because hes a good mover with size ,and reach, his actual punches leaves something to be desired ,he can just throw them out there because of his size and stay away from danger with added up punishment to the opposition.

You CANNOT accuratly rate Fury vs all other era top guys either ,UNLESS he fights more in this era and against non Klitchko opponents. MOSt ppl are severly overatting fury and underatting what Wlad is actually capable of,all the nonsens that has happened tells me fury didnt want the rematch for whatever reason. Maybe because he knows Wlad never loses them and he will go all in on him? We have to see,but i dont think wlad defeats Joshua.

A much, much more aggressive Wlad would show up in the rematch. We'll see a sample of it in the Joshua fight. It's going to surprise a lot of people

I like Wlad but he needs to do that to win. joshua is a tall order though ,i see a very dangerous guy in all areas. I hope to see both fight twice no matter who wins. People wonder how i could possibly rate Joshua so high well...hes already on the Klitchkos level and is a elite SHW for what should be obvious reasons. a win by wlad to me ,puts him over vitali ,a win by Joshua shows just how great he is under 20 fights. Ive watched Klitchko since 96 this is his Lennox lewis.

Understandably people focus on the physical, technical and tactical aspects which could influence the outcome of any rematch between Wlad and Fury but very little is said about the mental disintegration* Tyson inflicted on Wlad prior to the fight. I don't think this can be under-estimated because it intentionally took Wlad out of his comfort zone and conveyed that Fury was not there to just make up the numbers like a lot of Wlad's opponents. Wlad's stuttering performance belied the impact of this to some extent. Mind games should not be under-stated. All the leading boxers employ them and for good reason. But they can backfire too. Groves got inside Froch's head in the first fight but for the rematch his attempts to do so again merely switched on Carl's key motivators, namely insecurity and lack of recognition. These fears drove him on to train harder for the second fight.

And by becoming aware that they were indeed attempted mind games, that awareness alone was empowering.

I'm not saying all this decides fights by itself but with other factors being relatively equal it can influence the direction of travel of a bout. We tend to forget sometimes boxers are people and the mind plays tricks or when fully-focused can take people into a zone of performance seemingly beyond what their physical talent should allow.

Can Fury get inside Wlad's head again or will Wlad be able to switch off from Fury's antics? A fully-focused, confident and mentally serene Wlad would be a much tougher challenge for Fury.

Given the sheer number of good opponents Wlad has dominated over ten years, I think he had a mindset of "I've beaten everyone for so long and I will do it again, with the same game plan. This Fury is an oaf that is not on my level"

...,,,he must have failed to see the need to adjust his style to deal with the rare bigger opponent in Fury

Vlad always has the advantage in a range and size, but this rare time, he did not. And I think the reason for the loss was not due to age, but that he did not prepare accordingly for being at a size and reach disadvantage; That is uncharted territory for him and he did not alter his fightplan as he should have...... and must for the rematch

IF it happens at some point

Vlad was going to knock Fury out cold, he was ready for that fight, he was obsessed with it. In the first fight Vlad was not focused, for the rematch he was awesome in camp...............fury knew it too..................I know why he lost the first fight..............as far as Joshua, Vlad easily out boxed him in camp, Vlad knows Joshua, he knows what to expect and will most likely outbox him and knock him out.................Vitali said that if Vlad was focused for Joshua, the fight will be easy..................Lennox Lewis picks Vlad to beat Joshua because of experience...............
