Wlad's utter dominance of the division in the last 8 years is an illusion, because there's one man who could have beaten him at any point if he wanted to: Vitali

Wlad is only where he is because of Vitali's injuries and 4 year layoff

and most importantly, because he is Vitali's brother

Vitali, the rightful heir to Lewis' crown had to retire for 4 years

Once he came back (as good as ever in the best comeback fight in history) his brother was the HW kingpin, and Vitali cant possibly beat up his little bro, momma Klitschko wouldn't approve.

Vitali had to conform himself with the WBC belt and tried to go after the only strap Wlad wasn't holding, the WBA, to no avail since Valuev and eventually Haye avoided him.

Wlad is the champ due to circumstances, but the spot truly belongs to Vitali. Big Vit would beat any version of his chinny brother, ANY opponent his brother has defeated so far, and also the opponents his brother couldn't beat like he did with Sanders and Purrity

Wlad ain't half the fighter his brother is and never will be, Wlad himself admits it. Even the current old ass, deteriorating, injury ridden version of Vitali would give Wlad his toughest match in 8 years, if not beat him. A younger Vitali absolutely destroys the poor Volo.

Even a blind mole could see the only reason Volo is keeping all those belts is because the only active fighter that could (and would) beat him wont ever challenge him.
