    ..and you know this!

You know every fight, no matter who against, be it Austin, Ibragimov, Brewster, and now Thompson. You don't trust his chin, and thus there will always be a question on who wins. You know Wlad should take out all those guys, and he probably will beat Thompson handily.. but there's that little bit of doubt.

It's like a fight a guy with a solid chin is winning handily, and the other guy isn't a puncher, you lose interest, because you KNOW the outcome already, there's no chance of a TKO/KO, and it's just waiting to play out... with Wlad there's that chance ALWAYS.. even if Sanders and Brewster were flukes.. they are in the record books as happening, and especially the Brewster fight, where Wlad tired out and go TKO'd.

In the back of your mind, you know it COULD happen again.

This is why Wlad fights matter more than the other **** heavies.. he has loads of talent, but that question mark will never be erased. The guy he is facing won't lose hope, as he thinks he is one shot from chaning the whole fight, and you think it too.

Can't wait til tommorrow night.. time for beer and boxing!

wlad has excellent KO power - but it's knowing that he can get nailed himself that makes people watch his fights.

David Haye has only been floored in one fight, where he was exhausted and oh, he was stopped ON HIS FEET.

Wlad has been down more times than Samuel can count to.
And as a matter of fact, Wladimir's chin is under rated, he can take a punch, and he's never been iced. And he's never done the Samuel Peter dance :rofl

Yes, that is what keeps me interested in Wlads matches so much. I just wonder if Wlad himself believes he has a very weak chin?

Oh, don't think I won't tune in for all of his fights.. great power + weak chin? Match made in exciting boxing heaven!

I'm being honest, it's that not completely trusting in the outcome that makes guys like Haye and Wlad exciting. Knowing that even in a dominating match, one punch can change everything.

Also I didn't say that Wlad is always exciting, it's just that his fights will always be exciting on live viewing because of the chin-factor. Even the Ibragimov fight, which was a snoozefest, was exciting on initial viewing because Ibragimov was still hunting for that counter all night, and you were just waiting to see if it could happen.

I never want to watch the fight again, as it would be horrible on 2nd viewing and knowing the outcome, but I gotta say I was glued into watching it, in anticipation of what could happen.

Wrong! He was stopped once.... Haye has been knocked down by Mormeck and Lolenga Mock (21-6-1 at that time, currently fights as a super middleweight!)

    Damn skippy.

Big offense + crap chin = exciting fighter. Same reason why Herbie Hide was exciting back in the day. The fact that Haye has an unorthodox offense with major pressure and punches from all angles is just icing on the cake.

It's pretty evident he does. At kindest you could describe his style as cerebral.

Wlad will be interesting to watch because he's considered the top dog at heavy and that's an automatic plus regardless of style. More people will tune in to watch because of his dodgy chin in the hope that he gets sparked again. If/when he wins then it'll go back to the usual crap of him being a boring ******* with no charisma that is apparently required to have, if he is to be heavyweight champ.

Hopefully he wins his next 2 and Haye does his stuff too because this would be fun to watch.
