IllberootingforArreola hes got power and alot of heart id love to see him win im a fan of both but I think Arreolas only chance is to blitz him early since there is such a wide gap i nskill level.WladTKO8Thoughts?
I actually thought about Arreola wearing him out like Brewster and Puritty did rather than blitzing him early like Sanders did because Arreola is not as fast and talented as Sanders but he may b somewhat tougher . Wlad did pass his prime , but then Arreola did also . I think Arreola stood and stands a better shot at Wladimir than he had against Vitali , but what's new ? Vitali > Wladimir . same with Chisora really , he stood a serious (2 serious 4 his good) chance at stopping Wlad , but Vitali was and is no Wlad .
InterestingFrankenfrankI now agree with you that would be Arreolas best Bet I always thought Arreola came close a the the end of one of the rounds To catching Vitali along the ropes.
unless Wladimir lands 2 much on him , which is another possibility , but Arreola and almost every1 else if not every1 really would rather fancy their chance against Wladimir than their chance against Vitali .
IagreeifArreola eats too many jabs he'll be vulnerable to a right or left hook from Wlad i loved that Brewster article where he talked about how the left hook is key to beat Wlad
Wlad would have stopped him in about 6. Vitali really doesn't punch very hard anymore. If Wlad was landing the same shots Vitali was(And he should, he's the better boxer of the brothers), he puts Arreola, a very predictable attacker, away quite early. Wlad would have leveled Chisora as well. One has to favor a prime Vitali in more head to head matches than Wlad, but todays Wlad is superior to todays Vitali by a very large margin. Better skills, harder hitting, faster, most tangible areas see the younger Klit the superior in the last 4 or 5 years.
hey magna, what do you think about upcoming fight vitali-haye?i think haye is in with a very good chance of winning.i'd make him a favorit over vitali
Wlad would spank chalupatits like Mistress Spanxalot on crack. People just want Wlad to face a big, game puncher and he's available, in all his jiggly glory, saying he's in shape now when he's the same as he ever was, for the millionth time. Then get your eyes examined, pronto.
vitali of the johnson fight (probably my favourite performance) wasn't an arm puncher and put a ton of beef into his shots
I agree, Arreola doesn't possess close to enough raw power to present an actual threat to Wlad's chin. Let's be honest, Arreola will barely land anything at all, & if Wlad can take the occasional Hayemaker from Haye, who punches significantly harder & faster than Arreola; who in turn will only manage a fraction of the accuracy of Haye, & find it impossible to land clean... then this will be a cakewalk. ... Which in turn, is hugely appealing to Arreola.
Arreola's in over his head, cakewalk and all. Waiting for Seth Mitchell to improve dramatically overnight for a chance to unseat Wlad. :yep
I'm not too sure Haye even hits harder than Arreola, let alone "significantly". :conf Faster isn't up for debate, of course.
