Come on Andy!! I had it a draw, Tom Tocca had it a draw and everyone else had it really close for either guy. Everyone who was watching it agrees a draw is the fair result.
I thought Wlodarczyk won but only by a point or so I think. Plus I thought round 9 should have been 10-7 for Wloda. But it was close. No complaints really.
I noticed that as well. They were thinking really hard to cover up the stench from the knockdown situation with that result. Btw if they really decided to ignore the 2nd knockdown I believe Frago should get the decision easily.
Well... on my personal scorecard it was Fragomeni's win 114-113, but I voted a draw in other poll. For me it was lucky draw for Wlodarczyk, imo Fragomeni has saved his belt justly. Italian was more active, landed more clear punches. For me it's okay decision, only because I expected Wlodarczyk's loss. Nice bout, just wondering why Diablo let him to get close so much, Diablo has got a better reach, so more frequent left jabs could make an advantage. Weak tactic of Diablo, also referee's behaviour in the ring, who could let count second time in R8, might give victory to Wlodarczyk, but it is how it is and we have to deal with it. Objectively.
I'm Italian but I hate typical Italian/German robberies so I'm very fair and unbiased when it comes to threads like this. The point is: Fragomeni went down two times, the ref gave him only ONE count, thus a 10-8 round. Hence, a draw. Had he done his job without getting influenced by the crowd, it would have been a 10-7 and a UD for the Pole. I dont know why Wlodarczyk forgot his jab in Poland....I've never seen him mixing it up shutting down his brain like this night.:huh
