The whole situation. Mayweather never had the right to make such demands concerning blood tests. Just because his dad sold drugs... it doesn't make him an expert in pharmaceuticals. And Pacman's rise didn't involve increase in size and strength. You can track all his weigh-ins and post-weights and it's a good indicator. His current success is really based on his mach improvements in skill set mid-career. It's his upperbody movement, slash combination offense, his footwork, his durability. Sorry, PEDs don't improve those things.

That said, pacquiao being put on the spot and not responding an appropriate way makes him look suspect and I can understand that. So in this case, both fighters are wrong. Mayweather never had to right to make such demands, pacquiao being put on the spot did not act appropriately. And as for legacy tarnishing?!? What tangible proof is there that pacquiao took PEDs. All conjectures. Considering the fact that mayweather started out in lower weight classes, I can very well say he used PEDs to do so well in the higher weights. That claim holds as much validity as one saying pacquiao uses PEDs. It's quite stupid

It's impossible for Mayweather to be wrong for the simple fact that a fighter is allowed to ask for extra testing during negotiations.

The difference between Pacquiao and Mayweather moving up several weights is that Pacquiao hasn't lost any speed and might have even gained power, which never happens. Mayweather lost power moving up from 130 to 135 and from 140 to 147 lost some speed, which always happens. Name some fighters that have moved through several weight classes that didn't lose any speed or power? Nobody goes from not being able to take out a worn out fighter who's moving up two weight classes to bullying and stopping much bigger and better fighters while also walking through their punches.
