So why should it happen AT ALL? What exactly is point?

Man vs Woman in Boxing is BULL**** and a pathetic DISGRACE:good Its not my EGO:nono It's my pride and caring FOR THE SPORT OF BOXING!! I'm tired of seeing it pissed on and disrespected in the public eye. With all the problems that exist in Boxing as it is, to add a CIRCUS Freak show side act, isnt doing anything to help it. ****, I've argued many times IN SUPPORT of Womens boxing against all the things many throw at it and now you add this??:yikes This slaps both mens and womens boxing in the face. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!

As for Women in HS Wrestling?? I feel the exact same way, they should have their own teams. As far as I know only 1 woman has won a national title in the 103lb weight class. Although, wrestling IS VERY DIFFERENT when you arent getting you're head CAVED IN by fists.

ok you misunderstood me, i said i have to think "i can" beat anyone, not "i will" beat everyone...there is a difference...Ding could very well beat any heavyweight, if he had it right on the inside on that night...this game is 90% mental, any man(or woman) with 2 hands can throw punches, the mental is what separates fighters...

    Referencing THE INHERIT GENDER DIFFERENCES!!

In some sports they matter less but in Boxing? C'mon.

That Chic vs the best Male Pro in her weight class??

They might as well have a Coroner's car waiting instead of an ambulance.

You're absolutely right, man. Crap like this just reinforces the image of boxing in the public mind as the "red light district" of sports, where ANYTHING, however ridiculous, goes. Boxing is a serious sport, with a rich history, and this freakshow crap DISHONORS that legacy in more ways than I can count.

I've wrestled and boxed and they are VERY DIFFERENT SPORTS.
The wrestler is far less likely TO DIE or suffer serious injury in a high school wrestling match.

Trying to equate them is aslo pathetic, keep this up and you might just have you're worst posting DAY EVER:-(

The day men start giving birth, the gender DIFFERENCES WILL HAVE CHANGED:good Then this might be appropriate. Until that day, its a ****ing sad disgrace. Again I'm referencing THE UNDENIABLE GENDER CHARACTERISTICS WHICH SEPERATE MEN AND WOMEN:good

In boxing those differences will come to an UGLY and INEVITABLE CONCLUSION.

Why is it something to get upset about? Who cares if some adult women make a conscious decision to step in the ring and get beat up? They get beat up against each other the way it is now. Men step in the ring and do the same thing against other men. Their choice. You don't have to watch intergender matches if it doesn't interest you. But it sounds almost like you're coming from a "women are the lifegivers and are precious and need to be protected from harm" angle or some such regressive lunacy. :nut

Live and let. How does it offend you if butch, in-shape women want to get in the ring and take punishment againt potentially physically superior men? It's not like intergender matches will ever be headlining PPVs...it's unlikely to become a very mainstream phenom. But I don't see how it affects you in any way for it to exist quietly on the lower levels of the sport.

Its sad, its been brewing though.

I lashed out a while back at the whole "Ann vs Man" circus they were setting up with Ann Wolfe. Its very sad to see people actually talk about and try tos support this ****:good

I don't support it, I just don't care. If the best women truly are incapable of competing with the best men, then it'll never take off - it'll be a novelty act and nothing more. It would be a low-profile fringe part of the sport, which is low-profile and fringe as it is. Really would not be able to hurt boxing in any way. You need to get that out of your heads. Also the fact that female boxers are dainty little flowers who men shouldn't hit just because they have vulvas. That idea is kooky too.

If you read my posts, YOU'd ALREADY KNOW WHY!!

This disrespects the INTEGRITY, RESPECT, and LEGITIMACY of the SPORT!!

Woman vs Man for real isnt sport:nono Its a sactioned murder:good
Now to the group of idiots willing to entertain and enjoy it? Its fine!
But what about THE REST OF THE WORLD?? Everytime someone dies in the ring we have to hear about it being too dangerous, etc. Now, when a MAN violently batters a woman in the ring and she dies? WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THE FALLOUT TO BE??This isnt frivelous or harmless, it physically increase the ODDS of a bad conclusion and makes everyone look like savage, ruthless, assholes. It will CRUSH Boxing's marketing, credibilty, and respect.

I support every butch or non butch woman who wants to train and fight, AGAINST WOMEN!! They can enjoy all the same respect and accolades as MEN. Yet crossing genders brings UNDENIABLE and PAINFULLY TRUE physical differences to light.

I'm shocked you are even attempting to go there:-(
