    Ameeeeeeeeeeee :happy

I agree with you by the way, who cares about the men 106 class, and who cares about the number of medals.

No. I blew it at Nationals and decided to take the summer off. Winters are hard here and there's only a couple of months of decent weather. (and we didn't even really get that this summer) I wanted to actually enjoy it rather than diet and be in the gym all summer. Back at it now after a two month boxing layoff. I still did a lot of strength and conditioning though. I have 3 bouts lined up in September and October so I'm getting ready for those.

Good to hear you finally took some rest. I'm hoping for a bout in September as well, but it's not certain yet. Shame I got injured in April, I hoped to fight more this year.

I was interviewed on the radio about this.
I train women and I think this is great! The only thing I don´t like is that we didn´t get all weightclasses, they could have skipped some of the watersports instead.
Don´t know who said that women boxing is terrible. but clearly, he doesn´t know what he´s talking about.
    Female boxing forever!.

Personally I think that there are to many weight divisions in boxing (amatuer and pro) so don't mind if womens boxing has taken away one of the mens weight classes.... not the most popular opinion but what do I care?

They actually need to lose (in my opinion:D) about five or six weight classes in boxing in general.... mainly in the lower weight classes.
