There's a boardroom in Sky HQ with a bunch of suits patting themselves on the back over this "Well aren't we good people !!"

The fact that there's almost no demand for women's boxing and the ratings will be awful is irrelevant, virtue signalling and identity politics comes first.

 

That Terry guy said on his pod how sky will focus more on womens sports and pushing that side to drive subs. Makes sense.

 

Very few women will be taking out a Sky Sports subscription to watch sports. My wife is even less interested in women’s sports than men’s. She couldn’t care less either way.

I have zero interest in watching women box. Although I will watch and try to enjoy when they're on a men's card, simply because it's on and I'm watching the card.

I won't tune in to watch individual women's cards.

 

Its a growing Market and has never been bigger with massive room for growth on a cheap product. E-sports is another one that is growing rapidly with many football teams already funding their own. Some good stocks to buy in that market too
