Man that is what all of this is about. Arum did it because he needed:

    A) A fighter who he KNEW would play ball and not ask for Olympic style testing
    B) A fighter who had ZERO leverage in purse negotiations
    C) A fighter who he could DOUBLE DIP his promotional funds

I don't see how anyone can even entertain that this was about the fans.

Please. He wanted to fight Manny. Manny didn't want to test is allegedly clean self.

You guys claim ducking all day then when you get asked for a list of fighters that were ducked? You can do nothing but give a list of Arum's boxers. Or Shane Mosely who wanted a vacation and his tooth fixed and let his boy, ODLH, get it instead.

Arum is ducking Mayweather. Not the other way around.

that just means that pac is not hard to deal with..only those who are afraid of pac will make a lot of demands just to get out of the fight

Judging from the last "super" fights?

    Margarito-Cotto
    Cotto-Clottey
    Pac-Cotto

Then add in the other fights where Arum had leverage over the challenger

Margarito/Mosley (coming off of a loss)
Pac/DLH (coming off of a loss)
    Pac/Hatton (coming off a loss)

Should call them "All Arum Can Eat" buffets! You can hate Arum, but he is a hell of a businessman.
