Won't Be Supporting Pac Anymore

Like I said previously, on the boards I come off as pro Floyd, anti Pac, but that's just because Pac's fans are the ultimate trolls and I cant be associated with that. And his fans are idiots so I enjoy trolling them from time to time. In real life, my friends, know that I support him and I speak very highly of him. I've bought every PPV sans Rios that he's ever been on. I have articles across the web where I've praised him and what he does in the ring. But this was it for me. Absolutely it. This is a slap in the face to us as a boxing republic. An absolute slap in the face. For once, Pac could have stepped up and did the right thing for the fans, for the sport. We can go back and forth about who's ducking who. Fan-wars, but the fact is, this is the 3rd time Pac has walked away from that fight. Once in 2010 over testing, another in 2012 over "cuts", and at some point we have to stop blaming Arum because Pac is a 35 year old man. He isnt that ignorant kid from the Philippines anymore. He's been rich longer than he's been poor now. It's not just a slap in the face because of the FLoyd fight, but per usual, he's looking to take the easily way out. He's looking for Alvarado and Rios instead of Porter, Garcia and Thurman. He has no interest in taking tough fights. Or fights for the fans. Manny Pacquiao is not a man of the people, he is a booty slave to Arum.

Like I said, I troll Pac fans, but I really do support him in real life. That was until today. Signing an extension with top rank assured he will be given rematches and mismatches for the rest of his career. He doesnt want up and comers. He doesnt want the Thurmans of the world. He wants either old, small or overmatched. I can make an argument that I've spent more money on Pac fights than his most die hard fans. But that stops today. Manny Pacquiao is a sell out, and doesnt care about the sport . He'll talk to the talk to keep his fans happy. He'll say he wants this fight and this fight. But when it comes down to it. When it comes down to making moves, signing papers, getting things done. He's quiet. His actions are telling.

Let history know from this day on. May 20th 2014. After walking away because of drug tests only to take drug tests years later. After turning down 40 million dollars which would be roughly double his career best, after making excuses about cuts, and letting an 80 year old man who could care less about the sport, ruin his future and his financial security, and then signing back with said man to finish career. After letting Roach say "Mosley was too good" and then fighting him once Floyd made him look bad. After demanding a 145 lb Cotto catchweight, even though he's been coming into the ring at 147 since fighting at 135, even though he had fight with Oscar at 147 just a few months earlier. After taking the weakest title holder at 135 in David Diaz. After ducking Campbell, Funeka, Guzman, Mayweather, Z. Raheem, Paul Williams and Edwin Valero. After letting everyone talk for him, instead of him. He needs to be recognized as a ducker. A fraud. A false ATG who didnt have the balls to make the biggest fight in boxing, and has taken on fighters when they looked bad, or good fighters who he could dictate terms to.
