Hello roach. You are a moron. atsch As i said b4 swinging a 36 kg kettlebell is good for you(which is btw a far more dangerous and complex exercise if you dont know what you are doing) but squatting isnt?
No, you're an idiot. Firstly, I didn't make a reference to the weight, which is important because depending upon what you're using them for conditioning or power, the weight is variable. Again, you're refusal to listen and your ego will be your downfall. I feel sorry for you. A grown man, unable to please a woman.
Dude seek psychiatric help plz, ill even help you out with your medical bills with a nice big **** off.:yep You have absolutely no clue about weight training for boxing. You reference that using heavy weights will destroy your longevity is moronical at best.
Lower weight class or not, the performance goals are generally the same for every fighter. The only issue with introducing smaller guys to serious resistance training is that the added muscle will obviously make it more difficult to hit weight.
I totally agree with your premise but the wording is what's confusing people. Activities like woodcutting (and the like) are 100% beneficial for every fighter( regardless of weight class) because, as I said above, the goals are generally the same for every fighter. The problem with incorporating heavy resistance training for smaller guys is making weight, not because there is some inherent problem with smaller guys getting stronger or being more explosive.
